Clean and comfortable and as everyone says, the coffee machine in reception (with creamer/milk provided) is a nice touch. Communications were very prompt and good. The young woman manning the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. The quickest walking route between the town centre and the hotel is via the town 'lift' which is close to the small roundabout you reach just below a petrol station if following the Google walking route in from the Camino. Suss this out in advance (if you can) and arrive more painlessly at the hotel on foot. Failing that, be sure to ask at reception to be shown the footpath/lift route to town before you go out for dinner, because this really renders the trip down into the centre where all the restaurants are quite painless! We enjoyed the contrast of an evening in a lively, non-touristy Basque city.

The reception isn't always reliably manned at the stated hours (but the WhatsApp number is always available if you have a query/need someone - and the staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed.)

The hotel was great for us as an overnight stop while hiking. It is located in a suburban area but this wasn't a problem for us as we were just passing through. Access to the room was really easy and the member of staff was extremely helpful.

Location is the only down side if you are looking to stay for a holiday destination, but as I said it wasn't a problem for us as we were only there one night.

Excellent communication with the hotel before our arrival, and confirming we could safely store our bikes. The reception was great, such a friendly and helpful young lady. Modern, uncluttered decor, nice to have a coffee machine for guests. Very good breakfast ( additional cost).

Nothing. The hotel is 8 or 9 kilometres from the centre of town so mught not suit some people. Excellent mainly traffic free bike paths, so it suited us.

The hotel is conveniently located to reach the city center of Donostia San Sebastián by bus (a bus stop is located nearby) and by car (there is a decent parking in the hotel). Besides, it is pretty okay for the price, being less expensive than other similar places

Something was missing in the room (a toilet paper) when we got there in the evening and it was a time when there was no reception any more. But we were able to contact them by WhatsApp and they solved very fast the situation. It was really okay after all!

Room was clean & smartly presented. Lovely little coffee bar area with free coffee & tea which was great. Easy bus journey into San Sebastián too, and local bars & restaurants in Errenteria.

It would have been helpful to have more local information readily available, for example about the bus into San Sebastián and the location of the lift down into town. The staff were helpful & showed us, but only when we asked.

This was a great find. Good value for money, a clean, comfortable room, and a nice hotel. It's quite a trek down a very steep hill to the streets below where there are restaurants and shops, but the receptionist told us about an outside lift which takes residents up and down without any hassle. We needed assistance with printing up tickets and the receptionist was such a great help, we can't thank her enough.

We stayed for just one night as we were on Camino. Very quiet hotel. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Shower was good as well. Aircon was simple to operate. Breakfast was €10 extra pp but worth it. Fresh squeezed orange juice was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our bag transfer to next stop. Good value, good experience.

The room was clean and comfortable enough, although very small. We were travelling with two bicycles which made it quite cramped for us but without bikes it would but small but sufficient.

Room a bit small, price a bit expensive for the size of the room.

Immaculate, modern, bright, and airy hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with large windows and a big modern bathroom. The reception person was friendly and helpful, with a coffee station next to it. Across the road is a bar with food, and a small shop.

Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Comfortable room. The receptionist, Rehina, was most helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Good 5 minutes walk to bus stop, 15 mins easy walk to the town centre/train station.
