The bedroom was great, really spacious, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfy, the products in the bathroom were amazing and you literally have everything you need (conditioner, body cream, hairdryer). The gym is perfect, so is the rooftop with the beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was a bit pricy but really really good.

I did not not like anything but there is no way of check-in early even a bit, and if you have a car it’s a struggle to find a parking spot nearby (we struggled for nearly twenty minutes)

The Social Hub was an excellent place to stay, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The room was spacious, tidy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast offered plenty of options which were all delicious. The hotel gym was super well equipped — nothing compared to a usual hotel gym, partly because it's also a co-living space and there's external visitors to it as well. There is a rooftop HEATED pool which was amazing, I swam in it even though it was a bit cold and windy and really really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is excellent — it's well connected with buses and the staff can easily call you a cab to anywhere in the San Sebastián area which costs around €10-€15. There's a pharmacy and several supermarkets nearby as well, as well as a beautiful park and a river that's great for running. One of the best things about the hotel was that there was a social calendar with events, like organized workouts with a trainer, a running club, yoga classes, etc. So I would definitely come back!

We couldn’t get the air con to work so had to have the window open at night and the warmth and noise did make it hard to sleep.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed, big tv, modern furnishings in the room, use of wooden hotel cards and do-not-disturb door hanger (not plastic). Hip water tetrapacks, fruit-flower flavored sodas, more chocolate provided in the room. Bathroom is big and clean, good shower, and fragrant good brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap and lotion. We availed of the free laundry and dryer. You download the app and can easily see if the machines are available and when your laundry is done. Brilliant! I'm definitely happy with this hotel!

Garage parking is 20 euro per day but (they should advise guests) street parking is only 3.80 euro for 24 hrs. Saturday afternoon and Sunday is even free street parking.

Genuinely everything! I think some people may think this is a social/student/work meeting type place but we were there purely just to enjoy the hotel whilst exploring San Sebastián and I would 100% recommend it. All the facilities are amazing and the hotel itself is just lovely and modern! The free laundry service is amazing and the gym is huge with loads of good equipment! Our hotel room was perfect, a little chocolate bar and a juice waiting on us and gorgeous shampoo conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathroom! The towels were amazing too! Genuinely can’t fault this place! Be aware it’s a 25/30 minute walk to the centre of San Sebastián, the old town and gros.

food in bar for dinner limited but food was good except deserts one advertised as tiramisu was in fact melting coffee ice cram and some pastry no wardrobe just some hanging rails and shelves breakfast was good cold meats bacon scrambled eggs baby potatoes but same every day for 10 days ie no fried eggs, beans pastries were crossaints muffins maderia cake and some days mini doughnuts no variety

Friendly reception even at half past midnight. We were staying one night while on our way to the south of Spain. We got a free room upgrade to a more spacious room than we had booked - a very nice surprise! The room was exceptionally clean, well decorated with enough space for clothes bags and electronics. The bed, pillows and sheets were comfy, and it was a pleasant room temperature for sleeping and chilling. The shower water was nice and warm and the included toiletries smell amazing! The buffet breakfast had a lot to offer and was decent in quality too. We will be back at a Social Hub for sure, value for money wise it is hard to beat!

The shower could use a bit more pressure and a bigger showerhead but this is a detail.

A very modern hotel, attracting a younger business-y focused crowd in a part of San Sebastian that's somewhat but not too far away from the main attractions of the city. The Social Hub has good facilities: a rooftop bar and pool, a gym, laundry rooms, a communal kitchen, restaurant and more which can make a slightly longer stay, or a stay for work, more pleasant. Parking is available on-site for the somewhat high fee of 20 EUR/day, but if you find parking on one of the nearby streets (of which there is plenty) it's much cheaper at ~4 EUR/day. If you're arriving late, you may have little choice, but you will definitely find something if you have time to move the car on the next day. The rooms themselves are large, very clean and comfortable and come with a number of random of freebies, including a carton of water, tea and coffee, condoms and a local (to Spain at least) cake. Bathrooms were spotless. Staff very friendly and can give you advice about the area and city. There is everything you need nearby, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. Overall, very good stay.

The modern style may not be for everyone and this hotel is clearly used for hosting workshops, meaning everything is locked up to ensure that non-guests don't use the facilities. It can be mildly tedious. The city centre is about a 10 min bus ride or 25 minute walk (it's along the river and very nice).

In general it was very good! I really enjoyed the facilities, so cool to have breakfast, working places, gym, opportunities for socialising in the one space! Little treats in the room! Wow. Very comfy bed and pillows! Everything is very thoughtful, modern and aesthetic. Nearby supermarkets and a cool park, also tabakalera and train/bus station quite close.

The cleaning. It wasn’t of a stable quality. And I wish breakfast have at least some difference during my 2 weeks stay.
