Easy walking distance from the bus station or bus stop 30 second walk away. Lovely hotel, friendly and pleasant reception staff with quick, no nonsense check in. Excellent WIFI connection. Room was very clean and spacious, excellent hot shower. Very nice chamber maids, always said hello and very helpful. Unable to comment on breakfast as did not have but another couple of friends stayed and they did and said lots of choice and excellent. 10 minute walk to Real Sociedad football stadium one way and 15 minute walk (if that) to the old town for so much choice of bars/food. Little supermarket 3 minute walk away and lots of lovely little bakeries dotted all around

Good location 15-20mins walk from main (national and international) bus terminal and 10mins walk from Amara train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good size bed with wonderful, firm mattress to maintain a good rest. The breakfast is well-presented, good varieties and plentiful. The late breakfast option and check out times are very accommodating. Storage room for luggage is available to make check in/out times more comfortable. Lunch/dinner food delivery available to order. The hotel and the entire city is dog and children friendly. Plenty of playgrounds are around and such fun to watch the dogs playing free on the beaches.

The advertised fridge and streaming tv services (Netflix, Amazon) did not work

The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the city center, but there are also plenty of breakfast places, bars, and shops in the area—everything you might need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. It's great that the bathroom is a bit further from the room, so you don't hear any intim noise. The bed is huge, which I was really happy about. The toiletries in the bathroom are very tastefully selected: the shower gel, body lotion, and soap are all from the Rituals brand, which is excellent. This is a fantastic place to stay.

I like the style (kinda surf) of the hotel, but the best was my bed:-) really if I could I would take it home and pillows too! We were four girls and we all agreed that this is really comfy. Staff was very nice and location great. Just 20min walk to the Old town or few min by bus and if you want to go for football, it is also about 20min walk. If I go again, I will stay here for sure:-)

if anything, in our room I have missed some shelfs or small chest of drawers, but that's more about style of the room, maybe in others, there are some.

Nice and clean hotel, spacious and confortable room. Despite not in the center, good base point to explore different part of the city, center it's walkind distance or few bus stop away if you are a bit more in a rush

Nice spacious and clean family rooms, bathrooms were also spacious. We didn’t have a pet but they were also pet friendly. Breakfast was good for 10 euro’s pp

We were by car and needed parking, they have one close by for 20euros a day, however we had quite some luggage and it’s a bit difficult to unload luggage in front of hotel, cause there’s no parking space. Also, you can hear works outside early in the day so woke up with quite some noise at 7am

Reception: Warm welcome and everything clearly explained to us. Bedrooms: Nice spacious rooms with large photographic wall pictures and T.V.. Spotlessly clean, compliments to the cleaning team. All 3 rooms had a balcony but in built up area so not much of a view but it was fine. Breakfast: Continental style with quite a good choice and it was really great that they also had scrambled egg, bacon and toast. Well spaced-out dining area. Parking: Not at hotel but we had pre-booked with the hotel a parking space in a complex nearby and retained the ticket. We paid the reception and had access to the parking whenever we needed. 20 euros per day. Location: Great location – we were able to easily walk to the beach, palace park and so many choices of places to eat nearby. Cultural Experience: Torreon Del Monte Igueldo (Old Tower/Lightouse), Mirar Palace and Parque Cultural de Aiete

The hotel was difficult to find because the entrance is narrow and you have to park at the side of a busy road to unload cases but once there it was ok. It is located near a pharmacy. Other travellers with uncontrolled dog and barking dogs in hotel rooms.

The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location is good, around 20 mins from the centre / bus station

The breakfast wasn't good - there wasn't a lot of variety, you had to wait long for the products to be replaced when it was finished and some stuff, like the cake was stale. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast. The shower and the toilet were separated, which is not a bad thing but the shower room had no privacy/door so it might be awkward if you are with someone that's not family.

The extra large double bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the choice of soft or firmer pillows. The room was spacious (I think we were in a deluxe).

We like to be able to make a cup of tea in the morning, but there was only a coffee maker in the room. But we understand this is the European way! It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town, which was fine for us, as being a bit further out meant we could park easily (free parking on the street or the hotel can arrange secure parking in a nearby carpark).

- fast check in and check out, friendly staff - dogs allowed, dog bed is available, pleasure to have this attention - spacious modern room, big bed, everything is clean - great value for money but as a side note we were out of season

- no cups, glasses and spoons in the room, only paper cups and wooden stick. Didnt bother me at all for one night but I may understand why people complain if they stayed longer and paid high price during the season.
