Clean, spacious, 10 to 15 mins walk to beach / old town, and all extras needed were supplied eg toothbrush, soap, coffee etc.

Parking access was tricky. Need instructions on where to wait whilst getting access to the room, to get the carpark key for a reserved space. In the end we pulled onto pavement beside the cycle path as all parking bays were taken , when we arrived and left (as also had to drop carpark key back into the room, before leaving.)

You never quite know until you open the door whether you will feel "oh dear" or "oh okay" or "oh wow!" This was "wow" because it wasn't super expensive and I had a big, comfy room with nice view, good shower,.. I also love it when there's coffee machine and kettle with various teas to help yourself (shared, in corridor).

NOT a criticism of the accommodation, just a warning to other travellers: Google Maps says you are 6-7 mins walk from San Seb station. BUT at the moment that is not the case. The station's entrance is a vast building site that you have to go past, then over (via an almost "hidden" makeshift metal walkway) then go round some more buildings on the other side and double back. Then you have to queue to get into the station whenever there's a long distance train scheduled to depart. The walkway is a real bottleneck and not easy to find. Assume you need 30 (!) mins to get from the Pension to platform

We have 2 small children so the room with 3 beds together was perfect for us. The bathroom reminded me of a hostal type bathroom, even still, it was a good experience. The location is great, very central, and parking was next to an elevator to bring our luggage up. They communicated with us via WhatsApp and it was pretty seamless. Overall, pretty good!

It was small and expensive for what we paid for but I understand San Sebastián is a pricey city.

The location is not bad, very close to the bus station and about a 15 mins pleasant walk to old town and beaches. The place was really nice and clean and had a beautiful view from my room. There was a well stocked coffee machine and though there's nobody in reception the cleaners that I met were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The check in process was a bit clunky though it end up working ok for me. I didn't receive the check in information until after I had already arrived. The owner has left his phone number there but isn't on WhatsApp so you'd have to call over the cell network. Luckily one of the cleaners was able to help. The AC also didn't work very well and for a single bed you are given a very warm double duvet and sheets. In the heat of summer that was uncomfortable.

Very clean (was cleaned and towels replaced every day). Our windows overlooked the river. Had AC. Quite a close walk to bus and train depot. Enjoyed the coffee and tea station in lobby, as well as water, muffins , chocolate upon arrival. Host accommodated our early arrival and was very nice. Had a lot of storage area to put our suitcases which was nice because the room was quite small for three people. The other rooms would be a nice size for two people. Right outside the bus depot is an excellent tourist office that was great for local info and day trips. I recommend going to Zamaia beach.

Quite a long walk to the old town and buses were not very convenient for our location. But there are restaurants very close by that are great. Right below was a great dinner. Across the water was an excellent breakfast at Donostea & Coffee. Only other thing was the shower shoots water all over the bathroom floor, so take care about slipping on wet floor. Maybe a longer shower curtain would help.

Great room, very spatious and overlooking the river, with very big windows, with lots of light. They offer free coffee and free tea everyday, which is a nice touch. The system with the codes and the cards is pretty useful.

The windows are a bit flimsy (not double), so you could hear some noise sometimes. And in the hall as well. But hey, it's not a five star, so normal.

Near means of transport. Near the centre. It’s new and clean. Specially happy with the staff, they were very helpful and gentle.

Neighbors were a bit noisy

The location was fantastic. The views of the river were spectacular, particularly at night. The rooms were super clean. I specially like the free coffee they provide. Service by the staff was excellent.

There was a constant loud hum from the vent near the door through the night - the sound of a bearing on an electric motor not working. Such a pity as otherwise, the room was great,

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpfully with my late arrival due to flight issues. It is a walking distance from the bus station as well as walking distance from the city centre. Very nice location with nice view.
