We stayed in double room with balcony. Room was very clean, bathroom was a little bit small. The location was just superb, it was in the middle of center, 300-400 meters away from the beach and old city. The staff was very welcoming, gave some tips about city. The walls very a little thin, but it didn't bother us, overall very pleased with our stay.

The wifi in our room in some places was not that good, so if you need high speed, you must be in a certain location )). Also there was a frequent noise which we didn't figure out from where was coming, at first we thought it was from AC but no. Overall it didn't have any negative impact on our stay

i stayed in that pension several times and it has many positive points. Walking distance to the bus station, to the metro station (Amara), and is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the beach and "old city". Each room has a small refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle Despite of the minor inconveniences, it is a great place that I would recommend for solo travelers

The place is noisy. If guests are not considerate and come home late it may disturb your sleep. The rooms are very small.

The room was very thoughtfully equipped. There was a microwave and fridge in the room as well as cutlery, plate and a cup. They don't serve breakfast, so this was perfect for having your own snack in the room. Waterkettles and teabags were accessible for everyone in the reception area. The room also consisted of little to store container to make it easier to sort out your stuff. Very handy.

The only downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof. My neighbour had a shower at 1am and also the noise of the toilet flush next door woke me up several times. So please bring earplugs and all will be super then!

Stayed here on and off for about 2 months while on a work contract. Hands down best value for money you will find -- clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear word for word what people say in the hallway and in the next room, you can even hear a phone vibrate. It is very annoying. Earplugs recommended.

On arrival we were made very welcome and Juan provided loads of excellent information on sights, places to eat and finding our way around. It was great that large beach towels were provided - a wonderful extra. The room had a microwave, kettle and fridge.

The bathroom towels were rather thin. It was rather noisy if the window was open as we were located close to the loading area for the market.

Perfect location, very clean room, upon arrival the friendly lady at reception was providing tips on what to do since it's my first time in the city, dog-friendly (only 5 euros per dog per day, even would have provided bowls and beds if needed), comfortable bed, discount with local parking (information on parking was provided beforehand, there are several options). There is a supermarket almost next door, so the mini fridge came in handy too! At reception you can get hot water for tea or coffee as well.

House rules clearly asks people to try and be quiet after 22.00, which makes sense since you can hear everything inside the building (windows seem to be soundproof though! Ideal!). Unfortunately, when I was there, this was only partly adhered to. So if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring air plugs just in case!

Everything about the property was perfect. The location, the room, the amenities, the staff and host were amazing. We were walking distance to everything or we could just watch the activities from our window.

The only recommendation I could make is that having a smart tv would allow us to get more viewing options.

Location is great, just 50m from the Cathedral, in the commercial center of San Sebastian, 5 min walk to the historic center. It was very clean, staff was very friendly and hospitable. Room was well appointed, bed was comfortable and there was no noticable outside noise. There were fridge and kettle with coffee and teas in the room. Will be happy to stay there again.

We stayed here with our dog for 2 nights on the back to the uk. Great location , easy walking distance to the beach. Lovely smiling staff. Park across the river to avoid old town congestion charge - 10 minute walk from the bus station car park. Room was on the very small side. Bowls, cups and cutlery provided which was nice .

Just about everything! From the wealth of information and updates prior to arrival, the exceptionally friendly and informative, young guy, ( sorry can't remember his name), who checked us in, the location right in the heart of the city but not noisy, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, great shower, little fridge and microwave, together with access to tea/coffee making facilities. This place is a little gem 💎, great value for money, will definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a short stay.

The only thing was the rooms would benefit from air conditioning or a fan. It was very warm overnight.
