Wonderful staff. The hotel felt like a passion project, with curated decorations int he rooms and incredibly helpful people at the front dest. We surfed every morning, which was a 10 minute walk. The location is close to the old town and so made it easy to go for walks and have pinxtos. The suites were incredibly spacios, very well maintained, the cleanest of 5 hotels we stayed at in spain and france.

Overall very positive! Only point i'd mention was that this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in Spain -- San Sebastian seems to be incredibly popular and prices were high across the boards -- this was actually a lot more affordable than most of the other options i looked at.

The location is perfect, easy walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable and good value by San Sebastian standards. Wifi worked well.

The room didn't have tea and coffee supplies nor tea spoons but could be collected from downstairs next to reception. Be aware that the noise from the streets with refuse collection can be loud early hours of the morning and also just general noise when leaving doors or windows open but not the fault of the property and likely an issue across San Sebastian.

Great location to old town One of the members of the front desk was from Argentina we think he was call Mateo (apologies we can’t quite remember) He greeted us with an enormous welcome one of the best ever and was so lovely and helpful at every interaction.

Noice from the bins being emptied on the street. The room was very basic and bed quite hard but adequate. You pay for the location.

It was a life changing stay for me due to a simple fact that these lovely people upgraded me to a room with a south-facing balcony. People sometimes don't know what a gesture like that does, I live in London in a north facing flat and I had such a tough, sunless winter. This simple gesture did wonders for my mental health and I am beyond grateful to this day. The balcony even had a lateral sea view! It's an amazing place, right by a park above an amazing cafe Amelia and a quick walk to the beach and the old town, it felt so good to be here. Thank you.

The front desk was so friendly and helpful to explain everything to us. The location was super convenient for walking and exploring several points of interest

The bed was too hard on my back. This is a personal preference as some people like to sleep on hard mattress. For me, it was just uncomfortable. The room itself was fantastic. Could have used more countertop space in the bathroom, but this seems to be a European thing, which was fine. We made do and no issues.

Nothing. Only thing to note is that I did a search for a two bedroom apartment with two beds as I was traveling with my dad. This place had one bedroom with two twin beds pushed together, and a large bed in the common room with the kitchen/living room which my dad used. We were perfectly comfortable.

The Legazpi Rooms was in a perfect location, walkable to Old Town, La Concha & Zurriola Beaches, all of the attractions and restaurants. The property was super clean and the front desk staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very friendly. The room itself was very nice, no complaints.

My air conditioning did not seem to work and I asked, but I do not believe the staff figured out how to turn it on. It was quite hot in the room, but thankfully I had a small interior patio and was able to open the door at night to allow fresh air inside.

Location and accommodation were excellent. What made the stay special was Matias, at the reception desk, who was more like a host and friend. As first time visitor, he spent much time with us mapping out plans, helping with logidstics and suggesting restaurants. Significantly enhanced our visit to area.

On weekends in particular, there can be street noise.
