Location was perfect. There was a reasonable breakfast spot next door which worked well for us (opened early)

It was a life changing stay for me due to a simple fact that these lovely people upgraded me to a room with a south-facing balcony. People sometimes don't know what a gesture like that does, I live in London in a north facing flat and I had such a tough, sunless winter. This simple gesture did wonders for my mental health and I am beyond grateful to this day. The balcony even had a lateral sea view! It's an amazing place, right by a park above an amazing cafe Amelia and a quick walk to the beach and the old town, it felt so good to be here. Thank you.

The front desk was so friendly and helpful to explain everything to us. The location was super convenient for walking and exploring several points of interest

The bed was too hard on my back. This is a personal preference as some people like to sleep on hard mattress. For me, it was just uncomfortable. The room itself was fantastic. Could have used more countertop space in the bathroom, but this seems to be a European thing, which was fine. We made do and no issues.

Nothing. Only thing to note is that I did a search for a two bedroom apartment with two beds as I was traveling with my dad. This place had one bedroom with two twin beds pushed together, and a large bed in the common room with the kitchen/living room which my dad used. We were perfectly comfortable.

Liked everything about this place. The location couldn't be better, a 5 minute walk to la concha beach. From the moment we walked in the receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. From recommending the best pintxo bars to visit to providing us with umbrellas on a rainy night, the service was impecable. The suite we had was very modern and super spacious. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great room (103) which overlooked cafe Amelia next door and the Main Street. Very clean and comfortable and the aircon was excellent. Free coffee at reception was a bonus as well. The staff we encountered were all exceptionally helpful with any queries we had. Having access to a beach towel was a bonus as well. We loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend this property.

The only thing I could suggest is to have one or two aluminium beach chairs to loan out, as if you hire one from the beach you must stay cramped up with all the other hirers in a confined area.

The property was in a fantastic location and its staff especially Matias and Carolina were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too difficult, they greated us with great smiles and were very willing to offer advice, recommendations and sort any queries.

Our room faced the street and it was fairly noisy at night. There was no lobby space to sit and do a little work or sit and read a book/have a drink.

We have been traveling for the past two months in Ireland, Italy, France and Spain. This hotel and especially the staff (Sandra and Lide) were extremely helpful and friendly. Sandra gladly helped us with purchasing train tickets for an upcoming journey. We cannot thank the staff enough!! We would highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and the hotel was wry clean and comfortable! This is our second time at this hotel and plan to return again and again!!!!

Beautiful apartment in a central location close to secure and spacious parking garage. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Bed was a bit firm for our liking. We ran out of hot water when showering and the dryer did not dry the clothes. MInor things but if these were fixed, the property would be absolutely perfect. Parking very expensive, but not the property's fault.

Service was exceptional, especially with the reception offering to microwave things for us (we booked the smallest room) and allowing us to check in earlier as the room was available. Fantastic location in the heart of San Sebastian, and even has a small lift so no issues with carrying heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

The slight downside during the late Winter months was that there was no air-conditioning, and only heating available.
