There was a mix up with the rooms but this was resolved very quickly and without any disagreement which was a great start to the holiday. Much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and lovely sheets and duvet. Nice use of coffee machine and kettle - an added bonus! Nice hot shower. Great location, seconds away from the Old Town but also from the surf beach. Very clean.

There was bad staining to the shower ceiling and part of it had fallen down in the bathroom. This needs to be addressed promptly as it detracts form the property significantly. The door code never worked on the 2/f. We had to use the swipe mechanism to access which was a bit of a faff. Others we talked to could not get it to work either. We had a problem with the bathroom door - we locked it from the outside somehow and couldn't get in for quite some time!!

Great location in the heart of it all. Was easy to find and the self check in seamless. Only downside was no lift, so be prepared to haul your suitcase up the stairs! The room was quite warm, but provided a fan which was enough for us. The room was lovely and modern, very clean and relatively quiet for the location. Loved the tea and coffee making facilities and the warm welcome board on arrival. Lovely little touch. Would definitely recommend.

No lift, but not a big deal. Rooms were warm and no air conditioning. Just leave the windows open during the day too cool it down and use the standing fan, not a big problem at all. Might be different in summertime!

The room was super clean, very stylish and very well placed on the edge of the old town. It was an unexpected pleasure to find such great facilities and spotless accommodation behind the unassuming exterior. I struggled a bit with the online check in system, but the host answered my queries very quickly and was extremely helpful, so I managed in the end!

We were travelling by car and it was not easy to find where we could stop to unload our luggage. In the end we went to the underground car park and walked our bags from there. I couldn't really fault all the arrival instructions...but there were a lot of them and it wasn't very clear to us exactly where we should go, or how to navigate the automated arrival system. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, however if you are arriving by car, do make sure you have fully read the instructions beforehand.

This is a self service hostel-type place to stay. There is no main room or services other than the room you stay in. Building is an apartment building with other residents on other floors. Bedding was comfy. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and quick to reply. Cookies and coffee in room plus local recommendations.

Quite loud if you are a family. I think the windows are single paned so every noise from the streets is heard. (I’m normally not sensitive to this after living in nyc, Chicago and Paris but this was loud!)

The location is amazing, right in the old town and not far from all the sights and the beaches. The room had loads of character and was comfy and cosy and very clean. The reception area had tea/coffee available and some great personalised information and tips for guests, which I thought was a lovely touch. I also met the owner and she was really friendly and welcoming and spoke exceptional English.

The people upstairs were a bit clompy, but not that much really and not something that the Pension can control anyway. I enjoyed all elements of my trip.

Location was fantastic and the building as well! Awesome hosts with a great and positive attitude. We would have loved to spend an extra night but they were fully booked. Keys also function profoundly well and you're right in the centre.

Parking is in the nearest underground garage, which is paid, for one day we spent approximately thirty euros on parking the car. Sound from outside is relatively minimal, however the bathroom of our neighbour was right on the other side of the bedroom wall - which did cause some sound disturbances.

Excellent location, in the centre of the old town close to the market and many bars and restaurants. The room was clean, tidy and well designed with a window out to market square. Linen was clean, beds comfortable and there was coffe/tea available in the reception area.

Entrance and stairwells were a bit dirty and scruffy - not a great first impression but once at the correct floor for the accommodation it was very clean and gave a good impression.

Great location, windows keep outside sound out. Room is spotless. Met a lovely girl at the desk on the first morning and met the girl that cleans the rooms both were very friendly and helpful

The suit check in didn’t work for us on the main door, we couldn’t reach anyone by phone but thankfully a family were coming out of the building so we could get in and could access the pension from the code once we were inside the building

All very high tech, no need for keys, just simply swipe your phone to access the apartment building and swipe again for access to the pension. Lovely design in the room, great shower and comfy bed in an excellent location

There was no lift which I knew in advance however it was still a few floors up with a heavy suitcase. Also, the interior of the building communal areas were very dated. Once inside the pension it was very clean and modern though

The location was exceptional. From my window I could watch the parades of people celebrating Semana Grande. It was magical! It was also clean and lovely.

Because of the exceptional location, folks were outside my window living it up till 5am. When I closed my window, it got too stuffy (even with the fan). I was in a conundrum. I used my earplugs and they helped a little. But it was worth it!
