We had some difficulty accessing the building (turns out I was punching in the access code on the wrong number pad - lots of short-term accommodation in the building), but we messaged host who arrived in minutes. Room was as in photos, clean, comfortable beds, fridge. We shared a bathroom with one other room, and this was relatively problem free. Bathroom was kept clean. Location was great, in the old town, bars and food (and people) everywhere, but still not too noisy (until the garbage and sweeper trucks came to clean up early in the mornings).

Some hooks in the room would be good for wet towels. The shared bathroom was kept locked (which is probably a good thing), but it was a bit awkward to use in the middle of the night (although there was a sensor light in the common corridor).

The location was amazing! Right by the old town (and pinchos!). The price was very reasonable, and the room and shared bathroom were clean. There were only two other rooms so sharing was not an issue.

No AC, and the sounds from the street could be a bit loud at night. No private sink in the room.

The location was at the centre of old town where all the delicious bars are located. It’s just a minute walk from the place so best place if you want to go out at night and explore delicious bars in San Sebastián. The facility was new and clean. You share the bathroom with other people but the bathroom was very clean so no worries. The staff was very friendly and kind! Highly recommended.

Room and bathroom very clean. Location might be noisy on the weekends but perfect location to tour the city. Because bathroom shared - one could hear when ever someone went to use it (also during night). Everything was very clean. Staff very nice and helpful

Shared bathroom

Great location, the room is bigger than I expected, spacious for one person, clean. Very close to Urgull park for a quiet morning walk/hike :) Also, 2 min walk to San Telmo Museum. Only couple of minor things people may care: - a preschool nearby and it can noisy in early mornings that some people may care. It didn't bother me as I got up early before that any way given the jet lag :) - I never met the owner/manager. It's through intercom only. - the last day/night was cold and I asked the owner/manager to turn on the heating, the heat was very low and it was kind of cold. - I did notice the cloth dresser has molds on the wood, I made sure not to hang my clothes to it. - bathroom: would like to have towel holder/hanger. - wish there were a desk and chair :) - as other reviewers mentioned, can hear other residents using the shared bath. I had a private bath in my unit and I'm satisfied with the private bath option. All in all, it's a good stay.

The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There is no lobby (the rooms are in an old building) and the host let’s you in when you ring the bell.

The room was on the first floor and it was surprisingly quiet for being in the center of Old Town. But if you have noisy neighbors you can hear it very well. You also have to share the bathroom with another room which I didn’t mind.

Excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Right in the old town and 5 minutes from the bridge to cross to the other side. Room was clean and comfy. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Checking in was simple.

Because it was so close to the busy old town streets it was quite noisy at night . You can’t get the one without the other . There was no aircon so you have to leave the bedroom window open

A bit more attention to detail in the apartment ie broken mirror in bathroom, bathroom door is warped so much so there is great difficulty opening and closing it.

Located in old town, close to many attractions and pintxo bars. Easy access through lock box. No reception desk. Room was cosy with small fridge and kettle. Coffee satchets not replenished.

Although away from the busy by-lanes of old town, it was still noisy if windows were kept open for ventilation.
