The staff was super helpful, especially Mara at the front desk. The property is located right next to a lovely beach, separated only by a pretty garden. I cannot understand why this property is only a 2 star. I’d rate it closer to a 4 than a 2. Rooms are spacious with a frig. Also, decent little restaurant on site, especially for breakfast with reasonable prices.

The only drawback is that it’s located at the far end of the crescent shaped beach from the Old Town, which is pretty much the center of social things. 2.5 km away, and about a 20-40 minute walk depending on your speed. Good news: taxis are fairly cheap; €10 gets you pretty much anywhere. Bad news: no Uber in town. It’s a very pretty walk to town, on a wide sidewalk above the sea

We arrived and discovered that there was a problem with the air conditioner, later a problem was also discovered with opening the window, they claimed that they would fix the air conditioners tomorrow but they were unable to fix it because the air conditioner still did not work, it really affected the stay because it was insanely hot in the room, the room faces west and all the sun was on us in the afternoon and evening. In my opinion, guests should be compensated if there is such a significant malfunction that affects the atmosphere and comfort

The hotel staff didn't have much to do - they had no answers beyond saying they knew there was a problem and hoped they would fix it, which didn't happen in the end.

Hotel Ezeiza is a minute away from breathtaking beach and surrounded by beautiful buildings with outstanding parking space. People are friendly, women and men clothes shopping are every corner of walking streets. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed our vacation, and we fell in love with San Sebastian and the close by Basque cities. Very easy to travel by buses to France, Switzerland, London and some of European countries. I was impressed by the cleanness and Sustainability of San Sebastian. My husband and I loved it and definitely we will be back. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to visit San Sebastian. ❤️

We have stayed here for a number of years. Really nice, cosy hotel across the road from the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Cafe does a good breakfast range. Can either get the bus into the centre or walk the length of la Concha which is a lovely walk.

All good

The view was amazing and this hotel was actually one of the cheapest available. The room is clean and nice and spacious enough also. I think the reason it’s a bit cheaper is that it’s on the opposite end of the beach to all of the fun. However, it’s a 25 min walk to old town and there’s a taxi rank 100m from the hotel so it’s super easy to get to the fun.

No issues with the hotel. To get that view it has to be a little bit further out of town.

Right by the beach which was great, staff were very friendly, parking on premises (a bit expensive, 20 euros per day, but convenient), and near some great local restaurants and cafes. Quiet and residential area that is still well connected to the main city. Rooms were clean.

Rooms were quite small, and there was no AC so it was quite stuffy. Also not a lot of amenities like soap, body wash, shampoo, or a tea kettle or coffee. Had everything we needed though.

We specifically chose this hotel because it was at the lovely quiet end of town, right on gorgeous beach, and we really appreciated that ! The ocean promenade walk into or back from town was part of the joy, rain or shine, day or night. On rainy days, sometimes we took a #5 bus into town, easy. Do walk out to beach at sunrise, spectacular ! Very well maintained rooms, so clean, fresh air windows that could open, good clothing storage, comfortable beds. Restaurant attached to hotel is nothing fancy , but quite suitable for starting your day off, or a quick bite or drink. Thank you to checkin clerk who waited for us off late train.

Our safe dep box didnt work, nor did our mini fridge. We managed without them.

Perfect location across from the less crowded section of beach, so easy to return to the room in between. Simple accommodations that are clean and functional. Breakfast in the cafe was perfect each morning for a small tortilla and coffee for a few euros.

No issues during our stay. The hotel is older in style and functional not fancy, so keep that in mind. Didn't bother us at all.

everything! Great staff, great food, great location. Wish we had better weather as not a lot to do on a Sunday when its raining but that's my fault for not planning ahead. I didn't think everything would be shut on a Sunday so if visiting and its raining , make a plan for the Sundays :-)

nothing to dislike at all, everything was above expectations. We were so welcomed by all the staff and loved our holiday. I have already recommended to others and will look forward to returning one day.

The hotel's location was convenient as was the parking. Very nice hotel and the views are spectacular. The restaurant downstairs was so convenient for morning breakfast and the food was delicious. I have to say, the cafe con leche with a double shot of expresso was the best we had in Spain. Definitely recommend it.
