Situated in a quiet part of San Sebastián. Hotel is offering a cheap arrangement for parking the car (10€/24h)

Location was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Actual rooms were very clean and balcony we had was really nice and spacious.

Room was a little smaller than I anticipated. We had a large suitcase and had to continuously move it to get things out and be able to move around the room. No fridge was also a little downside but I did not check beforehand if there was a fridge included in the room.

The hotel is brand new so everything is very modern. Very clean. Staff was really helpful with all questions we had.

The room was very compact, so there's not much privacy in the bathroom for example. The shower water was leaking towards the bedroom after use.

Rooms were clean, and the hotel was located in a very friendly and cosy neighbourhood.

The airco is regulated by the hotel, which they didn't put on during our stay. As we were located at the front side of the hotel, we couldn't sleep with the window open as it was very noisy. That, in combination with the heat of last weekend with no option to use the Airco, was a bit disappointing.

Everything was very clean and organized. I liked the decoration of the room and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi connection was good. And the staff was always attentive to us. Overall it was a great stay.

The location is one of the hotel’s best features. If you’re planning to spend most of your time in the city centre, this is a great choice — close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough to enjoy a quieter area. Starting or ending the day walking along Kontxa Pasealekua was genuinely a highlight. The street itself is full of life, with cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, which adds a nice local vibe. We chose a room with a balcony, and that turned out to be a big plus — we ended up spending a lot of time there, just enjoying the view and the atmosphere.

The only downside was the bathroom. Rather than being a separate space, the bathroom was built inside the room itself — basically, three plastic-like walls stuck in the corner. The doors didn't close fully, which means there’s practically no privacy. As a couple, we managed, but it felt a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, one small thing that could be improved: it was the only hotel during our trip where we didn’t find simple amenities like an electric kettle, a mini-fridge, or even a tea or instant coffee sachet — small touches that would’ve made a difference.

Great stay. The property is in a good location, staff is nice, there is both restaurant and co-working coffee place in the building, which makes it nice if you stay for a week for work and don’t want to work only in the room. Rooms are nice, but sound isolation is not the best. I had a room with balcony, which makes the stay nice. It is in a great part of the city, the neighborhood has a great vibe. Super connected with public transport and nice walking distance to a beach and to the promenade. Overall recommended

Location great, room modern. We got upgraded, friendly staff that spoke English. Amazing coffee shop downstairs. Easy to reach the surfing beach by a ten minute bus ride or 38min walk. Very close to the long beach, which at peak season would have been nice to chill by.

No fridge or coffee maker or kettle in the room. As a minimum was expecting a fridge for the price we paid. Cleaning of the room was very average, there was dust in certain areas, such as under the sink and under wardrobes. They forgot to give us the daily water two times, which was annoying. However, overall good frequency of clean and the cleaners gave us anything we requested, such as extra towels.

I liked the location, first of all. Close to beach area, transport station, nice and good bars on the street, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and they smell good and have amazing shower gel.

I didn't liked the fact thst is function with some weird air conditioning, and u get either too hot or too cold. In my example was pretty cold during the night and i always had to get up of bed and adjust it. I even catch a cold. I had a pretty spacious room, but i saw on the hallway super small rooms. Bathroom is with visible glass, so no privacy and the sink is in the room, a bit weird also. Also the fact that they don't have a brealfast on their own. But there s 2 bars downstairs, pretty expensive tough...
