Not really what I didn't like but just some thoughts to consider: Cooked breakfast component - not done that well, have had better The 150 euro supplement for the dog is absurd in comparison to all other pet friendly hotels that are either between 0 and 30 euros and you offer no more than any other hotel, in fact I would argue that because you are multi-story there is actually no outside dog space that makes it easy to get you dog to the toilet etc and this should be made clear on the website. However in the hotel you were very friendly for dogs and accommodating which I loved

Our stay at Nobu San Sebastian exceeded our expectations at every level. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was absolutely gorgeous and impeccable with a stunning view of the bay. Our pet Max was treated like a king. And of course, the main reason for the trip: the sushi. Our dining experience was superb and we can't thank chef Giulio and his staff enough for the unforgettable gastronomic experience(s). We are already booking our next visit to Nobu.

Lovely hotel with helpful and kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was well taken care of. The location is a 15-20 min walk to the old town but we did not see this as downside, the views are spectacular and it is a lovely enjoyable walk down the beach front side. The staff helped with everything we needed, a huge thanks to them. Would love to be back :)

A very nice boutique feel hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Interior of the hotel was 10/10. Breakfast was lovely.

The Nobu restaurant lacked atmosphere, the lights were too bright. Staple dishes were slightly different to other Nobu restaurants, for example the maki rolls were very basic. It was still a very tasteful meal, I just think the bar is set high with Nobu around the world and this particular restaurant isn't quite up there unfortunately.

It was absolutely stunning and the staff were exceptional. We felt so welcomed and cared for during our entire stay, and the facilities, food, and drinks were all fantastic. We also had a great experience at Nobu in London, and after this stay we will not hesitate to stay at any Nobu property.

High price and far from action. Breakfast was the same for 4 days. But the quality of good was good! $50 e per night for parking was excessive considering the room rates!

The hotel is located approximately a 15 minute walk from the main centre, but overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff in all areas, hotel was extremely well maintained, very clean & comfortable beds.
