Very clean and spacious throughout the hotel and outside. Pool area is beautiful. Very handy for the bus stop and managed to work out which route took us to the old town. Taxis arrived within 5 minutes when requested by reception staff. Staff were so helpful and pleasant at all times and spoke English very well. Really enjoyed the Karlos Nguema trio music evening.

Should have chosen a room with a balcony. It felt a little claustrophobic at the back with the hill so close but we didn't spend much time there anyway as there was so much to see and do in the city! Check in process was slow.

Perfect location, good parking and all facilities

The service at the pool was not OK, the person was just alone. And the beer was not available or not cold. It happened every day, so room for improvement. Plus too crowdy due to local people who use the Metropolitan Gym and Spa. Seemed outbalanced with for enough space for hotel guests.

Spacious, comfortable room. Lovely pool area. Reception staff very polite and helpful. The number 16 bus outside the hotel runs to/from the old town every 20 mins.

There was no mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror was located in the bathroom (hot) which made getting ready a bit difficult if one of you was in the shower.

The pool and the staff were very good. It had recently been renovated so it was in great condition. The beds weee very comfortable. We had a balcony so it was a nice bonus.

The gym has to be paid for. Breakfast is only OK. No selection of eggs for example which I would have expected.

We didn't realise the hotel was half was up a long hill. The bus service was good. There were just a little too few sunbeds. Had to wait for a while up until two became free.

The rooms were lovely and the shower was very nice. Both bathroom and bedroom had plenty of space. The lobby was very comfortable and spacious. We had lunch a few times in the bar - the club sandwich was excellent. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant once - it was a bit pricey but very good. The restaurant staff were very attentive. The breakfasts were great - lots of choice of hot and cold options. The pool was just the right temperature and there were plenty of beds around it. We found the prices of the drinks and snacks in the hotel very reasonable. The beds were spacious and comfortable. There was a bus stop outside the hotel which took you into town but we walked quite a few times as the weather was so favourable.

Responsive and helpful staff. Very nice, updated facilities. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional for a hotel restaurant.

Floor of shower was very slippery.

great location, close to the beach and also on that side is the funicular to the mountain top with fantastic views and old theme park (recommend the game Turtles - was really fun :) breakfasts were also good , parking 20euro/night family room is composed of two rooms connected with each other - good option for a bit older kids

swimming pool not available except for summertime :( indoor swimming pool is in the gym in the same building, but costs 20.euro /.person and kids are not allowed gym also is additionally paid 8euro /person, but around there are plenty of great places for jogging ;) leaking air conditioner

It was very expensive so I was expecting it to be top notch and it did not disappoint! It was very luxurious, and the rooms were great, loved the balcony! Very comfortable beds, very clean. Loved the facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool. Staff were kind and friendly. Appreciated the fact that bathroom provided extra things like razor, toothbrush, shower cap.

Only thing I would say was my bathrooms. I booked 4 rooms and only my room had this issue so maybe it was a one off. Although very clean, somehow water leaked into the room from the shower. Shower door was closed and so was bathroom door but it leaked into our room. We managed to dry up the mess but we had to remain cautious using the shower and had to use the handheld shower instead to try and reduce the leak.

The bed was large & comfortable. Bathroom Towels were good quality with use of toiletries.

Bathroom door was difficult to slide. Tv more english channels & sound low.
