The location was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

Room was small but neat and clean with attached bathroom. also, good enough for a one night stay. The staff were always available at front desk and very helpful with all information about parking, neighbourhood etc. The location was excellent - literally 5 mins walk away from the beach as well as 10 min walk to the old town with restaurants. Great place and would come again..

Perhaps there can be a coffee machine and hot water kettle provided in the rooms

Location was fenomenal. Super close to Concha Beach and just minutes from the old quarter. Staff was absolutely great, all of them very helpful. I would deffo recomment it 100%. Thanks for your excellent service.

Staff was absolutly great. Location is super! just 100 meters from the beach, without paying crazy money for a front to sea location. Beautiful Cafes around and very close to every single spot. The room was spacious and very clean

Location is a block away from La Concha beach. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Our room was standard, entirely fine for our needs.

The first room we booked opened onto a street with a bar. A neat view but I was awakened at 2am by singing and shouting. The property owner moved us to a quieter room for the rest of our stay.

The location was excellent. The bars and restaurants in the town are very good and within easy walking distance. The beach looked nice but I did not have time to go on and enjoy it. The hotel is small but I was only there for two nights. It met my needs perfectly. I did not have breakfast. I will stay there again possibly if I am in the area again.

The location is perfect. It’s only a few minutes walk from all over. The receptionists were very helpful when we asked for recommendations. We were also able to leave our bags before checking in and after checking out. The bathroom and room were clean.

The noise from outside is very audible in the middle of the night, as well as in the hallways.

It is perfect for short stay. Rooms small but clean.Good shower. Coffee machine but no kettle provided. We are not fussy people but if you are, avoid a room overlooking the nightclub on the main street! Very noisy but then we enjoyedwatchingthe action from the balcony!. Also rooms not sound proof. Staff very helpful Absolute perfect location across from San Sebastian beach.

location was superb. Staff was helpful. Room was adequate.

There are unexpected sloping floors. We think they should have markings/tapes to indicate the issue because it is dangerous. Also, I am very short and if I had not been traveling with my husband, I could not have reached the shower head to use it.

Location great. Met a very nice receptionist at the check in, with many kind hints about the city. The balcony was nice to have.

Small room and really not worth the money, but maybe the city is overpriced. And definatelly overcrouded it is. They offer no parking, which I knew, but options around are masacra price-wise. No toilet brush :)

Location, staff and facilities were outstanding. Central in San Sebastian, staff that went out of their way to assist and make the stay even more special and facilities that were neat and efficient. Highly recommend this value for money hotel.
