Situated in a quiet part of San Sebastián. Hotel is offering a cheap arrangement for parking the car (10€/24h)

Location was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Actual rooms were very clean and balcony we had was really nice and spacious.

Room was a little smaller than I anticipated. We had a large suitcase and had to continuously move it to get things out and be able to move around the room. No fridge was also a little downside but I did not check beforehand if there was a fridge included in the room.

Rooms were clean, and the hotel was located in a very friendly and cosy neighbourhood.

The airco is regulated by the hotel, which they didn't put on during our stay. As we were located at the front side of the hotel, we couldn't sleep with the window open as it was very noisy. That, in combination with the heat of last weekend with no option to use the Airco, was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is brand new so everything is very modern. Very clean. Staff was really helpful with all questions we had.

The room was very compact, so there's not much privacy in the bathroom for example. The shower water was leaking towards the bedroom after use.

Everything was very clean and organized. I liked the decoration of the room and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi connection was good. And the staff was always attentive to us. Overall it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Letoh Letoh — the location was great, surrounded by cool bars and cafes, and just a few steps from a bus stop that takes you straight to the old town. The staff were very nice and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a good time, but with a few improvements, it could have been much better.

On the first night, we were given a very spacious room, but unfortunately, we had to move to a much smaller one for the remaining three nights. While it was still cosy, it was a bit cramped and hard to move around. One downside for us was the glass shower and toilet setup, which offered no real privacy — definitely not ideal. The room also lacked some basic amenities like a kettle or fridge, which would have made the stay more comfortable.

Location is nice, about a 25-30 min walk to old town, or just a 5 min walk down to the beach. I liked being away from the hustle and bustle of old town, so this was perfect. There's also a cafe (opens 7.30AM) and sort of co-working area in the lobby which was convenient for work, and also a bar as well. One of our rooms had a terrace which was very nice on a sunny day, but has no cover so can get wet after rain.

We stayed in 2 different rooms. The terrace room was very very small, there was barely anywhere to put 1 open suitcase. The 2nd open suitcase we had to put on the table. We preferred our 2nd room (Superior Deluxe) which was much more spacious! The toilets are interesting - it's all glass and see through glass. There's no sound proofing.

The location is one of the hotel’s best features. If you’re planning to spend most of your time in the city centre, this is a great choice — close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough to enjoy a quieter area. Starting or ending the day walking along Kontxa Pasealekua was genuinely a highlight. The street itself is full of life, with cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, which adds a nice local vibe. We chose a room with a balcony, and that turned out to be a big plus — we ended up spending a lot of time there, just enjoying the view and the atmosphere.

The only downside was the bathroom. Rather than being a separate space, the bathroom was built inside the room itself — basically, three plastic-like walls stuck in the corner. The doors didn't close fully, which means there’s practically no privacy. As a couple, we managed, but it felt a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, one small thing that could be improved: it was the only hotel during our trip where we didn’t find simple amenities like an electric kettle, a mini-fridge, or even a tea or instant coffee sachet — small touches that would’ve made a difference.

Great stay. The property is in a good location, staff is nice, there is both restaurant and co-working coffee place in the building, which makes it nice if you stay for a week for work and don’t want to work only in the room. Rooms are nice, but sound isolation is not the best. I had a room with balcony, which makes the stay nice. It is in a great part of the city, the neighborhood has a great vibe. Super connected with public transport and nice walking distance to a beach and to the promenade. Overall recommended
