The staff is kind, attentive, and always smiling. The room is very pleasant, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The linens are spotless and of great quality, and everything is kept perfectly clean. There’s also a small gym and several cozy areas where you can relax and unwind. Loved that we were able to self check-in.

We didn’t take the breakfast as it felt too expensive for the limited options available — not much variety for 12 euros. It also would have been great to have a kettle and some coffee in the room.”

The room was light and spacious, internet worked well, there was a small supermarket and lots of cafes closeby. It was mostly quiet and I was able to focus on work well. It's not super close to the city centre but there's a direct bus.

Only minor things - the bathroom drain was making funny noises at times and kinda smelled, I couldn't regulate temperature in the small fridge and my food pretty much froze there, one night I had very noisy neighbours, for the whole unit there was just a tiny bin in the bathroom.

The person at reception is incredibly friendly and helpful. Prior to our arrival he was very responsive in answering any question we had. Upon arrival he enthusiastically explained how we could get to the historic town center by public transport and where the best Pinxtos were to be had. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are modern and equipped with airco which in summertime San Sebastian is more than welcome. There is a large parking lot within walking distance from the hotel: it is free of charge for the first 24 hours.

Our son had a very comfortable and quiet room to himself, with a view on the main street. My wife and I however were given a room without direct daylight. Not that nice but then again we were out and about all of the time and really only needed the room for sleeping.

Really comfortable bed. Room has good size. Staff was nice. I asked to write a note for my parents as it was their anniversary and they did it nicely and made a nice swan with the towel. Breakfast was nice and the waiter kept filling food constantly.

Our room wasn’t clean. Toilet has cleaning product over but the cleaner forgot to finish the work. Water bottles were not available in our fridge yes on my parents though. Our room was a bit noisy because of the main road but my parents room was located towards the back street and they did not have much noises

Had a decent experience here. The room was a good size and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Location is a bit outside the center, but if you’re okay with that, it’s a solid option. Street parking was easy — cheap on weekdays and free on weekends/holidays, which was a nice bonus. All in all, not bad for the price and convenience.

Only downside: the soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear a baby crying from another room, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Distrito Oeste. The room and bathroom were very spacious and was perfect for our 6 night stay. The hotel is located around 30+ mins from the old part of town but very easy and beautiful walk along the promenade. There were some great local places to eat close to the hotel and public transport was accessible and easy to navigate.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we were able to access in communal area on ground floor.

A modern hotel, nice spatious room, good facilities and common spaces (even a gym).

Far from main points of interest in the city, although there is a reliable public transport once you figure it out. In our case it was much overpriced (though it was Semana Grande). No parking, even as an option (we found free parking at 20min walking distance further out of the city). Breakfast VERY basic but nicely presented.

Distrito Oeste is a very modern hotel located away from the centre but there are easy to catch buses nearby. We felt safe. It is 1/2 hour walk from the beach. The staff is really welcoming. The bed was so comfortable. Bedroom was clean. There is a free public parking nearby.

Breakfast was good not too much choice. There was no kettle/coffee in the bedroom but the coffee machine in the breakfast room is accessible at all time. A bit far from the centre of town for dinner but a bus ride away. and it was our choice.

Helpful and nice staff. The city center is in reacht. We walked, but public transport is also available. The room was standard with good beds. You can park your car in front of the hotel (at a very small amount) or behind the hotel (5 min. walk) on a free parking lot).

As I said, easy parking. If you stay only one night, place your car in front of the hotel. In the morning you have to pay again at 9am. But when you stay longer, you are not allowed to continue extending your parking time. After two nights i got the message 'maximum parking time exceeded'.

Very stylish, modern large room. Large comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent staff who helped us with buses, taxi etc. We liked the neighbourhood - reminded us of the Barbican. Cafes nearby. Buses frequent, quick and cheap.

Some noise from main road during day but it was quiet at night. We like eggs and yoghurt for breakfast so chose to eat out rather than have the hotel breakfast. Coffee was avail after 12 only so maybe another machine perhaps in the lounge would be ideal.
