The location is perfect for travellers as it is in the border between France and Spain. We received very detailed instructions about the check-in process (which is automatic) before our arrival. Breakfast was nice with many options to choose from, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The amazing view is the highlight of this property.

We were a bit sceptical about leaving the car parked in the street in front of the property as it was a very narrow street, but there were other cars parked in there and it seemed that it's a very low-transited street so everything was fine at the end.

Loved the location, the views, the staff - everything was very comfortable and welcoming once we had our room changed. Extensive breakfast and afternoon sweets! Our room change was done efficiently and without fuss and we were moved to a more expensie but smaller room on the first floor- we were lucky there was availability to move

I could not have stayed overnight in the room I had booked on the garage level- was dark and, for me, airless and claustrophobic. Once I let the staff know I was quickly able to move for part of my stay but moved on earlier than originally planned as for our last night there was no other option. Love this hotel but chose your room wisely- the prices do reflect this

We had a great stay here. We travelled with our 18 month old and we found the place to be spacious and kid-friendly. Having additional space in the kitchenette and the outdoor space was wonderful. It is quite a walk to get up to the hotel if you walk down to the town center or water, but for us the views were worth it. Breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was kind.

A beautiful hotel with by far the best views I have seen. I stayed for a night while driving, so did not have a chance to use a swimming pool, or enjoy walking around. But even then it was a great value. Friendly staff, easy to check-in (online), comfortable rooms and good breakfast on a terrace with a fantastic view on the city.

The front gate is a bit hard to open once you enter a code. I was afraid of breaking it, so took me 3 tries to open 😀

Great location overlooking the town yet within an easy walk. Comfortable bed. Fridge in room.Access to tea and coffee in kitchenette. Parking in street outside but quiet safe residential area. Friendly staff at breakfast. Lovely views from breakfast room.

A bit far from downtown. There is very limited parking. We had to park all the way down the hill. There are strict noise fines. We couldn’t roll our suitcases outside. We had to carry them.

My room was super beautiful, modern and spacious. The terrace, garden and pool invite to relax with plenty of comfortable seating. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and delicious. Tea, coffee and fruit were available all day. I particularly liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind.

Beautiful view of harbor and city below - beds were comfortable and outside shared area was lovely.

parking was a bit of a bear - breakfast was included but didn't begin until 8:30 (we had to leave before 8am so it wasn't available to us)

Lovely spacious rooms, nicely furnished, good air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Good communication from hosts and easy remote access to property. Nice breakfast and lovely friendly staff in the morning. Great pool to cool down in and nice view across to Plage d’Hendaye.

Very nice location in a luxurious part of town. Comfortable furniture, bed, spacious room for three. Beautiful town, centre is 6 minutes by car. Self check-in is a very good solution and makes the experience faster and even better. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and nice.

The swimming pool was dirty, so we couldn't swim. Maybe it would be good to provide the room with anti mosquito devices.
