The location is superb, on the Grande Plage. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout; the room was furnished with a comfortable bed, everything arranged for ease of use; the bathroom was lovely, a walk-in shower, everything in excellent condition and sparkling clean. I much liked the silent doors - when they closed, there was the lightest click. A very good spread offered for breakfast. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly, and contributed hugely to the congenial atmosphere of the hotel.

Nothing springs to mind about the hotel. In general (and this applies to all hotels), travelling alone is expensive, but I do understand that the price is for the room, and if it's a double, the single traveller can't expect a huge reduction, but it does limit the number of hotel stays one is able to make.

Fabulous location and really lovely hotel. Nice to have a little balcony to have breakfast in the morning. they do breakfast but we don't eat much and they provide a kettle. So handy for amazing public transport. We only took our car out to go into the mountains. For 5,50 euros you can get a bus 4 minutes walk away to the train station and then a little train to San Sebastian in Spain. And that cost is return!!! St Jean de Luz was 2.40 euros on the bus return! Fabulous views along the coast. a wo nderful part of France.

The parking was fine but I (the wife) would have struggled a bit as it was tight and the main road was difficult to get onto as it was very busy. However none of that is the hotel's fault!!

Location right across from the beach. A handful of restaurants are within a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. My room was clean, modern, airy and bright with a little patio terrace with view of the ocean. They also had free parking, but looks to get a little crowded at night in the small lot.

Reception was not open when I left early at 6am and had to arrange to pay for my breakfast after I had already departed.

Great Location on the sea front. Safe and secure overnight storage for my bicycle in their garage. Friendly, efficient and professional reception lady who spoke good English. Spacious, clean room with balcony. Great WiFi . Bar underneath the hotel.

Beautiful accomodations right across from the beach. Clean, modern and easy to love. We wanted to add another night to our stay and they were able to accommodate us. Great safe storage for our bikes, too. Lovely host.

Excellent room with balcony, looking right out on the beach. Staff was very helpful. Large shower. Easy walk to restaurants. The online photos of the hotel on their website are not accurate, the hotel is much nicer than the photos.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff and the value for money was excellent.

Only lost one point because the bar / restaurant was closed on the night of our stay. Otherwise it would have been 10 out of 10.

Excellent location, great room with a sea view and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation is staying again or recommending to anyone that they stay at Valencia.

There was nothing not to like :)

Nice clean rooms right on the sea front

Receptionist very helpful…moved her car out of the garage to fit our motorbikes in! Early check in wasn’t an issue for her!
