The hotel was clean and bright. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent with close access to a superb beach, shops, restaurants, marina, supermarket and everything you need.

The buffet breakfast was on the expensive side as an additional extra. The additional fee for parking is also expensive for residents. The shower in our room drained onto the bathroom floor from the shower badly with large pools of water collecting in a short time. We could control it with pressure but it is poorly designed.

Really great location on the beach with restaurants and bars just behind. The rooms were tidy and well equipped, and balcony access was a nice bonus for a relaxing time. Pricing for this hotel was only slightly dearer than for a lesser hotel in a worse location so we ended up booking in to Hotel Serge Blanco again on our way back. We didn't get round to trying the spa or restaurant but by the looks of things, they seem great too. Definitely a hotel I would go back too if I was looking for a nice, peaceful stay.

The stay wasn't hugely memorable - not that that was a problem - but it ticked all the boxes for a good night's sleep.

The location was fantastic right in front of the sea in front of the main promenade. Our room was amazing with a huge balcony an sun loungers overlooking the pool with an amazing view of Hondarriba in the distance. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We did not eat in the hotel as we decided to get a water taxi for €2.30 each across to Hondarriba which was buzzing with atmosphere and plenty of gastronomical delights to choose from. We really enjoyed the Thalassotherapy pool which was included in our room price. This was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t have as long as we wanted here as the hotel receptionist on the morning of departure could strangely only organise our taxi for a certain early time although we requested it after check our time so we could fully avail of the Thalassotherapy pool. We thought that she could have been a bit more helpful as the staff on the previous day were extremely nice and understanding and helpful. The hotel breakfast buffet breakfast was quite pricey for us, even the cheaper option of the coffee/croissant was €8 but there are plenty of cafes nearby to choose from. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Some reception staff were not as welcoming or friendly and we felt like we were putting out the woman on the morning of departure by requesting a taxi.

The hotel and the décor are lovely. Our room with its balcony was great. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast had a good selection. The jewel in the crown is the spa which is amazing especially the beautiful steam room. Location is at the quiet end of the extensive beach.

Although, only recently done up, some of the work in the bathroom was not up to standard. The shower was loose and the shower floor was not adjusted to retain the water. It was very difficult to stop it wetting the floor. A rail is urgently needed in the shower. The room needs some hooks and a towel rail by the sink. The basin tap was not straight. The sliding door did not actually reach the full length so it didn't attach to the 'velcro' . These were all niggles so we did not report anything .

The location is perfect, direct on the beach and right around the corner from the harbor. Really easy to take the boat over to Spain for a quick day trip. The spa & baths are wonderful. I love the outdoor jacuzzi.

Clean, tidy & well situated next to the beach and of course the Spa pool itself was amazing. Saunas & steam room were fantastic too!

The room 101 & 107 shower head was very small. The room 105 shower head kept moving around.

We want to give a big thank you to the amazing and very friendly cleaning ladies, they made my stay since I was stuck at the hotel with sick kids. The spa area is a dream, the room is clean, the location great.

Nice room with a balcony. The furniture and the general cleanliness of the room is a bit questionable for a 4 star hotel (not the newest pieces of furnitures, some mold spots in the shower corner, etc), but overall a good place to stay because is super close to the beach and it has a lot of facilities.

It is great that you have access to the spa pool with your stay, gym, etc.

Room is a bit small and beds are average.
