Location, with lovely views. Property with character and charm. Secure parking. Comfortable bed & pillows. Ines was very knowledgeable about the area, helpful & engaging throughout our stay.

Shower was too small for my frame and in need of some tlc. Aircon would have been nice.

The amazing host. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of parking. House has masses of character and in a glorious rural setting.

We knew when we booked it was out of town a bit, but having no option but to drive everyday into town was a bit frustrating. It is up a steep hill and no bus goes by.

I had a great time in Kanpoeder. It was away from the center but on a beautiful green hill and surroundings with nice views. For this location you need a car. The hosts were welcoming, generous and attended to everything I needed. The breakfast was a great bonus. I highly recommend it.

Everything was just fine! The landlady was very kind and helpful, and the place was charming. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and is a couple of kilometers away from San Sebastian. I would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom has no ventilation, which we found inconvenient.

The views are amazing. The property is very Hansel and Gretel beautiful inside and out. We breakfasted outside and were greeted with Shetland ponies. The owner is a fabulous lady and so friendly and helpful. My partner is coeliac and we were recommended some excellent gluten free restaurants.

You will need to drive into San Sebastián but we were fully aware of that in advance!

The house is beautiful and very well located. 12 min from city centre of San Sebastian. The owners of the house are SUPER nice!! They helpped you a lot with recommendations and you can really feel you are in a family buisiness that they put all their effort and love.

Really cosy rooms, lovely breakfast and super friendly hosts, it was all we could wish for!
