The design of the apartments and their balcony views are spectacular.

The place requires maintenance both inside and out. The gardens are neglected as are the planters on the balconies . The glass screens separating the balconies are smashed. We had kitchen issues which required attention during our stay. The charge of 19 euros a nite for a dog is exhorbitant and by far the highest I’ve ever paid anywhere! Parking spaces are very limited and if not available the only option is outside on the busy dual carriageway.

For the prise - you will be surprised how good it is. Nice shower, beds ok, clean, good size fridge, kitchenete, coffee machine, water boiler, tv (did not use, but one is there), good wifi, outside sitting area, view towards mountains.... But be aware - this is a place for those travelling with a car. There is nothing in easy walk distance. But also therefore area is quite and feels safe. It is clearly a family travel oriented hotel. Take your breakfast and snacks with you.

In outside area you are a bit too close to your neighbours. But - since it is a family travel oriented hotel - there are no parties etc... If it is full and you are late - you may have to park on the street. That should not be a grand issue, as area seems safe. May be too much communication attempts from hosts... But it might be only a small issue for Northeners. Locals may find it nice.

Very well equipped and comfortable appartment with lots of space. Relaxing spot on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff responsive and fixed a problem with the air conditioning in good time. Good parking spot but also a nearby bus stop with good connections into San Sebastián.

Not sure of the origin of the problem but there was an intermittent smell from the drains that was, at times, particularly noticeable in the bathroom. Perhaps air freshener would help. A few more toiletries wouldn't go amiss.

Very comfortable and spacious setup. Furniture was very modern and the outside garden was a nice place to be in.

Located outside of the main touristic part of the city so you would need a car or rely on the frequent bus service into town. While this was manageable for us, it might not be ideal for all groups of tourists. Given that the facilities within the apartment were very good, they were ideal for a longer stay especially if you planned to cook your own meals. Since this was not our plan, we did not make the most of these facilities during our short stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was really great. Loved the decoration, was clean and is very modern with a nice heating system. The kitchen has everything you need and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is lovely and quiet. We loved that they put a bed, food/water bowls and a welcome card for our little girl, that’s a very thoughtful and kind thing to do! 😊. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to assist you with questions or any problems. We got the wrong entry code when we arrived so I called and they fixed us immediately. Very happy and would definitely come back and recommend.

The apartments are modern, clean and are equipped with everything needed. The terraces are lovely with amazing views out over the mountains. There is also a lovely garden area where you can sit to relax or watch the sun go down. There is a bus stop just over the road with very regular services that go into the city. Really easy to get around. There is also a really good Mercadona supermarket and a Lidl about 10 mins drive.

All good as far as our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Views from the apartment are stunning and we really liked the outside area. Beds were comfortable and so was the living area. The location was very peaceful. Even though the apartment is a bit far from the centre it is easy to get in by bus (we appreciated the clear instructions regarding which bus to catch and stops etc) and it was walkable for us.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Irenaz. As a family with small kids, it was most important for us to find a place with green spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still with easy access to it; Irenaz was just that. Located in a residential neighborhood, we woke up to gorgeous mountain views every morning, and were gifted beautiful colorful sunsets at night. The well kept garden, which can be admired from the rooms and accessible from the co-working area on the ground floor, offered tranquility while sitting and enjoying a tea at the tables outside, as well as a safe space for the kids play. The modern rooms are good-sized, the kitchen well equipped, the WiFi fast, and the beds comfortable, offering everything you need for a perfect stay. Although they don't belong to the hotel, were also happy to find two playgrounds right by it. The city center was easily accesible by bus which runs every half an hour, and the stop is just a couple of minutes away. Last but not least, the staff is outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the studio. It had a very comfortable bed. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. The kitchenette is very small but enough to prepare a breakfast or small meal. Nice garden and balcony. Bus stop to the city close by.

It could have been cleaned better. Also the light above the front door was very annoying and it was impossible to switch it off at night.

Nice apartment, well equipped, clean, comfortable, with lots of space inside and huge taras with amazing view. Ladies at the reception very nice, kind and responsive to our extra asks. Reception closed after 18:00 till 10:00, but provides you all necessary instructions upfront, proactively. Little bit further from the city centre, but still manageable and at the same time at a very good price. Internal, secured parking with one spot for electric car, which was very convenient. Definitely recommended.
