The location is nice, and quiet with nice walks in the area. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood Facilities were brilliant with a focus on health and wellbeing. There was a fantastic deal at the spa 2for1 and had a lovely relaxing time using the pool, sauna and gym. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had plenty of features for enhancing comfort and sleep such as dark blinds, showers and different lighting effects. Special mention to Spa Manager, Nagore who was very friendly. All staff were attentive and quick to respond to our queries and needs. Overall, Hotel was brilliant and good value for money

Beds were single beds pushed together, and it would be better if they were king/queen size. Location was a out of town which is what we expected so if you want to be central to town then be aware that it takes 20 mins on the bus to get to town You are required to pay for the exclusive parking for the hotel at €20 Per day.

Its location, in the woods and on a good bus link into the city centre. There was a good vibe in the restaurant/bar.

Must be a UK thing, but being asked to pay an additional fee for access to the pool/ sauna doesn’t fit well. I have no problem paying for classes or the additional wellness facilities, but these are the basics of what I’d expect included from a good class hotel.

Location was great, there was a forest behind the hotel so great for walking and very peaceful. Room was comfortable and clean and lovely views of the trees. We enjoyed the breakfast, good selection and all fresh. 10 mins taxi into the old town of San Sebastián, very easy to get a taxi or walk. Very reasonably priced for a more luxury hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was very hot, felt like there was heating on constantly and this made it difficult to sleep even with the windows open. There was also an extractor in our room that was noisy and disturbed my sleep.

Free parking outside. A warm welcome with a complimentary glass of wine. A wonderfully relaxing atmosphere with nice walks available close by as the hotel is located out of the city in a Technology Park by a small wooded area. An easy bus ride from outside the hotel takes you to the heart of San Sebastian. We didn't have a full breakfast as the hotel cafe is fantastic. It has a great atmosphere and is excellent value as all we needed was a coffee and a small plate before setting off for the day.

Plan ahead for your day out as the hotel isn't close enough to pop back to.

I arrived with my car at 6 a.m. in the morning after a long trip in my car. The staff person at the reception YOUNESS understand my situation directly and let me sleeping over the regular check-out time in a bigger room as reserved and with car parking for free in the big car parking garage of the hotel - also the entrance way to the hotel garage is not so small as in other spanish hotels , also little bigger cars could drive directly in the private car parking garage. Important luggage could be let in the car - because the garage is private, without public access. After check-out it was also possible to go to the cafeteria and restaurant area with a special free key card. So this hotel is perfect for business stop-overs also

Please add pictures for your perfect car parking garage and for the entrance area and also with a description that there are no problems to drive in the garage with little bigger cars. This helps all customers with cars very much.

The hotel was very modern, stylish and comfortable

The hotel was in a lovely forested location out of town but we had to catch a bus to get into the city centre. Although the buses were very frequent

I liked everything about this hotel. This is far the best hotel we stayed in on our recent trip to France and Spain. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff could not have been more attentive. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the food on both occasions was fresh, interesting and delicious. I have a gluten intolerance and they provided me with many options. We loved the swimming pool and our room had a lovely view out onto the forest. The room was spacious and the lighting and guest comfort had really been thought out. It was excellent value for money.

We loved everything

Beautiful Passivhaus hotel, lovely rooms, all very sustainable. Huge amount of choice for breakfast and I had a fabulous 3-course lunch for about €23. Didn’t use the pool or spa as was there for work. Reception staff very helpful. I chose this hotel for its location as I needed to be close to the hospital and it was perfect for that. I did take a taxi into town one evening and it cost about €12, I then got the bus back which was less than €2. The buses stop a few meters from the hotel and run regularly so you can easily get around.

Breakfast was the perfect start to the day with freshly cooked eggs and a great selection of other food. The staff were always helpful, we asked if we could switch rooms due to noise, and were given a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is well connected by a frequent and cheap bus (15 mins to SS centre, €1.85/trip), and is also located next to a forest with a trail walk.

If your room is on the road side, there is quite a bit of noise in the mornings around 7am, especially on weekdays as there are large businesses located nearby.

Parking was conveniently located under the hotel. The rooms, restaurant and lobby are modern and clean and I found them very beautifully styled. You receive a wooden keycard for your room which I found a really nice detail. The breakfast was exceptional! Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to San Sebastian.

The hotel is located too far from the city center and beaches to walk. Getting a taxi to and from the town is fast and inexpensive though. The hotel reception will arrange one within minutes when you ask them.
