The hotel is across the road from the Reale Arena, home of Real Sociedad FC, and, coincidentally, I went to a football match there. We usually choose a hotel close to the railway station for ease of reaching the hotel, but, at around 30 minutes walk, my partner wanted to get a taxi, which, against my better judgment,we did. When leaving we got a bus as we knew which one to get on this occasion. Had breakfast first morning but it wasn''t great. However we did have our evening meal on arrival in the bar adjoing, and possibly part of, the hotel. Our room was fine and had a view across the road to the football stadium

Just the breakfast wasn't to our taste.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The furniture is older but it is well mantained and everything is very clean. The location is further from the center, but the prices are also lower. But if you don't mind it, a walk to the center is around 30-35 min. Or there is a bus station 5 min from the hotel with multiple buses that can take you everywhere.

Spacious hotel room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar at ground level for convenient meals, particularly when we arrived late (around 9pm) from another city. Friendly staff. The lounge was good for extra breakaway space.

The location isn't great if you want to be close to the beach and surrounding tourist area, however taking into account this was one of the more 'affordable' places available when we booked. Value for money in this respect is lacking. The buffet breakfast for more than €8 per person is also overpriced compared to other places we experienced after a month of travelling Spain. Sometimes the shower water temperature changed rapidly between hot and cold but this was infrequent.

Right at the side of the Reale Arena if like me you're going to watch Real Sociedad. Anoeta train station 5 minutes walk away. Great hotel. The cafe/snack bar next door,which is part of the hotel is fantastic,I've not had better food anywhere.

No kettle in the room but that apart,fantastic

The hotel is basic but clean. It is on a bus route of bus 28,which gets you right into the centre in few minutes. We were advised by lovely receptionist where to get it and how to get ticket (just pay the driver😁. Eur 1.85 per journey and can pay by card). She had also recommended nice places to see. The breakfast was very basic but ok value given that you would have to go into town to get something else.

We did not have any problems or issues

All was good here. Personally, I experienced a rather embarrassing bout of Gastro and all the staff from Elli and others which I don't know names of, went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Thank you very much for the assistance.

Possibly an update to the bed mattress would be a positive.

Helpful caring friendly staff. Lovely walk into the city. Super clean rooms which feel very new and cared for. Perfect if u need to park outside the city area to walk in.

Only thing I can say is to include a kettle for tea in the room

Perfect location for the Bruce Springsteen show at Anoeta, lovely staff and decent breakfast for the price. Room was nice and spacious, all facilities working properly.

Well positioned near the stadium. Hotel was lovely and staff also. Nothing was too much trouble. Bar and restaurant next to it was perfect and breakfast was excellent

Absolutely nothing

the proximity to the football stadium and hockey rink was great. playing back to back hockey games Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, so this hotel was steps away from the front door to the rink and was good value.
