The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just over 10 minutes by bus from the city center and the beaches (the bus stop is only 100 meters from the hotel entrance). There are plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The apartments are suitable and adequately equipped. Breakfast is also offered.

The reception is only open for part of the day. If you have issues with the devices in the room, there is a separate phone number available, but no one answers it, so you have to wait for the receptionist to arrive to get a solution.

We used this property as our base for a one-night stay and it met our expectations and offered a relaxing setting. We had a unit with a terrace, and it was on the upper level so we felt like we were perched in the treetops. Adjacent to the property is an elevated, modern walkway that takes you into the urban forests with a view from a higher perspective that is unique and photo-worthy. The apartment we stayed in was a studio and it had the basics we needed plus some high-tech features that took us a while to figure out (for example exterior motorized blinds). Perhaps we missed some instruction card in the room but none of the switches on the walls were marked so we were fumbling trying to figure out how to open the metal exterior blinds. The property is modern, sleek and comfortable. Parking was street parking and there were many spaces, but they were all full. We circled around a few times and found someone leaving so we were able to park. I think the property may offer paid parking but we didn't investigate that. The location is near suburban businesses and convenient to the bus station. We took the bus to the city center to enjoy some pinxtos/appetizers and sights but we felt it was a long ride with many stops and very crowded (maybe because of the time of day or route?) This property offered a lot of amenities that we didn't use so we can't offer a full review based on our short stay, but we did like the modern features and urban forest setting that it provided, and the staff was very professional and helpful.

Understand this location is suburban with no services nearby (shops, restaurants, historic areas). Immediately learn how to open the metal blinds on the doors to the terraces and windows because this seems like a safety thing. Switches could be better labeled so you know which buttons are lights, blinds, etc.

We were attending Bruce Springsteen concert & the stadium is only 1.4 miles down the road. Buses go past hotel every 10 mins soo easy to get around. Buy a bus pass from reception. Great breakfast, rooms quiet. Lovely shower gels, shampoo etc in rooms.

Wasn’t allowed to use the pool in attached hotel although the oool showed when booking. No hairdryer, ironing board, iron. They did promptly get us them when asked but then cleaner took them all away again 🤦‍♀️

Great room with large terrace. Well laid out. Bathroom was fabulous. Kitchenette OK but almost no cutlery/cooking utensils. Scandi style minimalist decor. Bus stop really close so very easy to get into town but also to retreat back to a quiet neighbourhood.

Public car parking was available but very hard to get. We finally managed to get a parking place outside Numad Studios in the middle of the night. We stayed 4 nights - was told housekeeping service was every 2nd day. Put out the "please service our room" hanger on the door after 2 nights. No-one came. They then serviced the room after 3 nights which seemed a waste as we were leaving early the next morning. Lights on microwave SUPER bright and could not be turned off. Motion activated light for WC and a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom. If you got up to pee in the night, the bedroom stayed illuminated for AGES!

Very nice hotel in the forest around San Sebastián. Nice breakfast, not big variety but very good quality. Very easy access to the center of the city by bus. The stop is just 2 minutes by foot and it takes just 15 minutes to reach the old town. Just keep in mind that the last bus to return to the hotel leaves at about 23:10 from the terminal stop Boulevard city center. Free parking on the road next to the hotel. The room is small yet very nice. If you need something and the reception is not open, you can get excellent support by the reception staff of the next door hotel that belongs to the same group. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Donostia

Lovely balcony at rear which was level with tree canopy (our studio was on the second floor), very natural, lots of birdsong. Excellent shower. Excellent quick, easy bus service in and out of San Sebastian.

Room a bit cramped for two (think it was really designed for one, despite double bed) and cooking/eating equipment a bit limited. Blinds over windows were annoyingly temperamental. Parking is on the road outside and can be awkward as it's often busy, but fine once you have parked if you do not plan to move your car again until you leave.

Great location for visiting Donostia San Sebastiãn. Property, though compact, had good facilities and was clean and well presented. The kitchen was more for reheating than cooking. However, the nearby all day café/restaurant was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to use, convenient and good value bus service, with bus stop a few minutes walk away taking you directly into the city.

There is close, free, public parking which was much in demand. You may have to wait for a space. The nearest free alternative was about 300 - 500m away. Having parked it was better to leave the vehicle and use the convient bus service into the city.

1. The location is great. There is a bus stop 1 min from the facility, and a couple of lines go directly to the old town. 2. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was nice but it's the same every day.

1. The room wasn't very clean. 2. One of the girls from the breakfast was rude. The breakfast is from 9 to 11 and it was 10:50 when I told this girl think her name was Hezea that I needed to go to the toilet and I would come back to take my stuff from the table. She told me that they shut the door at 11 and I won't be able to enter, which wasn't the case. I stayed because I wasn't sure if they gonna lock the door, but i actually left around 11:10.
