Location, close proximity to bus and train stations, good (non-Michelin ⭐️) restaurants, easy walking distance to the old town. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was very good

A minor issue but as we had a 3 night stay, it would have been good to have a heated towel rail and kettle or coffee maker in the room

The gym & sauna were good as was the proximity of the cafe for breakfast. Like the design of the rooms

Would have liked an overhead light in the room as well as side lighting. The air conditioner was too hot to sleep comfortably, instructions on how to adjust the temperature would have been helpful.

I stayed at One Shot Tabakalera House for work and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a modern and thoughtfully designed aesthetic, with high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The room was well-equipped with a bathrobe, slippers, bottled water, teas and coffees, and a space to store luggage. The lighting system could be adjusted to suit your mood, which was a nice touch. The internet connection was strong, ideal for a work trip, and the location was excellent, just across the red bridge from the bus station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with transport and general inquiries. The bathroom was generously stocked with amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a razor, which was convenient.

While most aspects of the stay were great, it would have been helpful if we had been provided with an extra towel or informed that more were available upon request. Also, I would have preferred a room on a higher floor, as ground floor rooms don’t offer a view and can feel a bit claustrophobic due to limited natural light. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, the stay was comfortable and the hotel served its purpose very well.

Very central location and value for money. Nice large room and relatively quiet for a hotel room. Nice shower and tea and coffee making facilities with coffee etc provided. Short walk to bus depo and station.

Refrigerator needs to be a bit larger to fit basic food and drinks. Polished concrete floor in bathroom and shower is slippery when wet. Difficult to locate the hotel because of small inconspicuous sign over main door.

Amazing reception staff, special mention: Nerea or Neara ( pardon if I got it wrong: the name). She helped us a lot in arranging a possible early check in instead of luggage storage only as we will head to Sanctuary of St.Ignatius de Loyola the soonest we could. Note: Our luggage got damaged. She also told us where we can buy a luggage at the city center after I failed to quickly look in the nearby shops to the hotel. ( I didn't look in the right stores. Turned out, there are lots in the nearby shops when my wife checked out on our way to finding a resto for dinner as none in the hotel; they only served breakfast.) By the way, we were also been upgraded to an executive double room! Location is also unbeatable! Near to the main bus station of San Sebastian, train station & local buses& shuttles. Worth mentioning: the locals are the friendliest & very helpful to tourists! You can approach almost everyone for purposes of directions finding & what bus to ride, etc.

Just the water leaking from the shower area. No restaurant in the hotel serving dinner. They only served breakfast.

Easy to find, across from train/bus station. Very good renovation of a heritage property- modern and very clean and comfortable. Quiet and easy access to Old Town and other key sights. We walked everywhere- flat and accessible.

Our room was on the ground floor and although the windows were very tall, they were above head height so we had no outlook. Not really a problem for us but might be for others. Staff didn't seem to like us booking through booking.com but we might have misunderstood due to the language barrier. Staff were efficient but not particularly proactive about guiding tourists on how to get the best out of their stay.

Room is perfect, design was pretty new and cool with aircon. We have the park view, it was lovely. Location is literally beside the bus/train station. We took the bus from the airport and it left us at the back which is another 5 mins walk to the hotel. Its also only 15 mins walk to the old town and the beach. Staff were so lovely!

Room was lovely. Very clean and smelt amazing. Comfy bed which was made up and they even folded my pj's! Packet of sweets and a note was left on the bed to say they hoped we enjoyed our stay. Nice little touch. Hotel was quiet and not noise disturbance. Great location and walking distance to everywhere we planned to visit such as the beach and old town. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, very chic and stylish, love how they are trying to be more sustainable- you have to try the breakfast in jars concept! Staff were lovely, bed was super comfy and very large room. About 20 mins to walk into the old town and the beach, right next door to the train station too. We loved the hotel and San Sebastián so much we tried to extend our stay but sadly due to the film festival there was no space.

My only feedback was it was the only hotel we stayed at across our travel trip in France/Spain that didn’t provide us with free water bottles (we had to pay for them in the mini bar). However the water from the two tasted fine so wasn’t an issue - just an observation

Hotel was located very close to the main bus station, which was perfect for myself, travelling in from Santander and then travelling back out to Bilbao. The area around the hotel is very quiet, very local, not a typical holiday hotel area. The room was very nice, very clean and minimalist. I liked that it had a 'industrial' feel to the room.
