Great location, very easy to get to from the bus station; 5-10 minute walk from the Kursaal/beach and 3 minutes from wide variety of bars and eating places. 1st floor room (with private bathroom) was clean, spacious and quiet and the pension itself was small, relaxed and easy-going. Simple check-in procedures using WhatsApp and the host is contactable if needed (we didn't). For a one-star pension, this is a very good choice.

All good for us

The location is very good - 5 minutes from the train station and very close to the main parts of the town. The host, Antonio, is very friendly and helpful. He was very kind to wait for me to arrive after the standard check-in time. The place is very clean. The bathroom is shared (in my case with one more room out of three rooms total), but that was ok. There is noise from the streets around but it was like a constant uniform background so I slept very well. I would recommend.

It was very modern, new, clean. There was a nice sized bed, 2 bedside tables, a bench and a pull-up tables with a stool. The location was excellent!

Maybe there should be directions on how to use the shade. There was a light outside my window and I did realize there was a shade. When I spoke to the staff he showed me the next day.

The location is good. The room was very clean. All the fixtures were new. Communication was good. We arrived late and were sent clear instructions about check in. The room and bathroom had excellent access and would have suited someone with limited mobility. Nice restaurants close by.

Thought the room was a bit basic for the price, although that might reflect hotel prices in the city.

Helpful and charming welcome. Gréât place to get to from the bus station, great location for going out in two seconds in Gros and for exploring the rest of town. The bed was sooooo confortable and although I knew we would be sharing a bathroom I did not know it would be with just one other guest who we never saw ! Very happy to go back ( if it is available). Clean and comfortable.

Antonio on reception was great,answered all our questions, gave great reccomendations and had a really nice friendly manner.Great location short walk to restaurants bars etc but nice and quiet.Local area had a lovely local feel about it and it was easy to walk to all major attractions.

Bed was a little hard for my liking but maybe thats just me comparing it to home. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful large clean room, comfy bed, very helpful host who was extremely welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for our evening pinxtos expedition. It was a bonus to be able to keep our bikes in the room. The accommodation is in a very good location close to the old town, yet it was very quiet and peaceful at night. The bathroom was very well appointed, including an excellent shower. I had a crisis when I realised I had lost my key in the evening, but with a phone call to Antonio the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Fantastic service, thank you so much Antonio and Nefer.

Supergood value for the money. Comfy beds, huge bathroom, simple but nice design, supermarkets, bars and beach around the corner and even a kitchenette to prepare a tea or a salad. The owners where supernice too.

The street noise when opening the windows. But obviously not the owners fault. Close them and it's quiet.

Nice staff. Clean lovely room. Facilities are all good. We have to share the bathroom with another room but it’s okay because it is stated at the beginning. Overall very pleasant stay.

If you have problem sharing bathroom with other people, you may not like it. Considering the price of this room, we are happy to bear with this little inconvenience.

Very clean throughout. Spacious double room. In a quiet side street so you’ll sleep at night. Handy for the main bus station and just a short walk to the beach and across the bridge to the old town.
