Brilliantly helpful staff. I made the mistake of booking another hotel 4 minutes away and Arrizul Congress was my savior. A hotel that is light, airy with a modern feel. We stayed in a double room which was spacious. The bathroom was perfect and the location fantastic. The complementary 'coffee corner' was a perfect place to wind down at the end of the day or grab an espresso to get you moving. I would most definitely stay again.

Absolely nothing. A great hotel with a great feel to it.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the hotel and found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and Donostia-San Sebastián was so beautiful that it was great to be able to walk anywhere we wanted to from the hotel. We had breakfast on the last morning and it was very enjoyable too, the two ladies catering the dining room were very friendly and efficient also.

Nothing. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s location to bus station and central to almost everything else

The room including the bed were a bit on the small size there was very little room to open the wardrobe doors against the bottom of the bed. The fridge light worked but the temperature was too warm to keep a bottle of water cool. This was my third consecutive year to stay in this hotel San Sebastián can be very wet and windy at this time of year but the umbrellas supplied by the hotel are just to delicate.

My room was tiny. It was difficult to access the closet as the bed blocked opening it normally. There really was no place to sit other than the bed (even though there was a small desk chair - but with the luggage rack just behind it - it was pointless)The only window was a view to a horrible, ugly adjacent building. The bathroom and shower were wonderful!! The staff were amazing - so helpful, kind and accommodating!! I loved the daily breakfast and I loved the daily Champagne.

This hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. 5 min walk to Old Town, but far enough away from Old Town that the weekend crowds don't keep you up at night. Large bathroom and very clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

Hotel in an excellent position for exploring San Sebastián. The lady on reception who greeted us on arrival set the tone for the stay. She was very welcoming and provided useful information on how to get to the old town and key places to visit. The first time a hotel has provided a handout on recommended pintxo bars (and the dishes they are renowned for) and restaurants which was really useful. Staff at breakfast were great as were all the staff.

Great location for exploring San Sebastian, felt clean and comfortable but a little corporate, but functional. Some free drinks provided in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Can't complain about anything really! Our room had no view at all but it was very quiet, and with the air con and blackout curtains we slept well. We didn't have breakfast and just got coffee from Syra nearby

Room was quite small, and another mirror by desk would have been great.

Great location and very good hotel - not far from the airport. The location also made for a pleasant stroll to the beach or to many nearby restaurants, la concha, gros and even Ondarreta. The bathroom exceeded my expectations. Great staff really accommodating, coffee corner in the lobby a great help for early morning boost.

The lobby may be a bit small, but there are many restaurants/bars around so no lounging on-site downstairs but just across the street.

Beautiful, clean rooms and lobby area. Cute little balcony in our room. Very kind staff. Loved the welcome glass of Cava and the coffee in the afternoons. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and had good recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

The rooms are tiny based on what we are used to in America but that didn’t bother us (the bathroom and shower area was large, but the bedroom is tiny). There was also no free breakfast or coffee in the morning but again that was no big deal because there are beautiful pastry and coffee shops in the area.

We arrived at the hotel 2-hours earlier than the check-in time just to store our luggage, but to our surprise, our room was ready! This was incredibly helpful for us, as we had flown in from the UK, taken a coach and walked to the hotel, leaving us exhausted. Additionally, I appreciated the free drink service in the lobby. The location is accessible to the old town.

If there were any points to mention, it could be the distance from the coach station. It took us 12 minutes.
