Excellent location to the old town. Quick walk across the bridge, also near to the beach in Gros. Hotel is small and there is no real lobby. Staff generally helpful and friendly. Room was small, but did have a very small balcony. We had a problem with the bathroom door, but this was dealt with promptly. Excellent stay for a few days, wouldn't want to stay much longer as not a lot of room for hanging clothes etc. Big plus for me was a long mirror and big towels!! There was a small fridge, but not very cold as no electricity in room once you take your room key out of the slot.

Not much at all really. We were offered some Cava/Champagne as we checked in on my husbands birthday, but it never appeared, no spoons in the room

I slept like a rock every single night. It was incredible how deeply I slept. Between the mattress, the soundproofing, and the air conditioning, I was just SO relaxed. I also loved the location in Gros and proximity to essentials like groceries and laundry.

A couple of the receptionists had really weird vibes and one made me a little uncomfortable, though others were lovely and went out of their way to help. The breakfast is pretty mediocre and the service in the cafe is basically nonexistent — once you get your first course, they forget you exist.

Location of the hotel is very comfortable. Everything was close by, so we didn't need transportation. The room was small, but we had expected that. We had a room with a balcony with beautiful views. Superb hygiene standards. Very helpful and kind staff. Furthermore, the cost was reasonable. Since we were breakfast excluded, I cannot rate it. I would love to stay here once more when I visit San Sebastian in the future.

I can list the absence of a refrigerator and a normal wardrobe as some of the inconveniences. Also there wasn't a kettle but we found a capsule coffee machine in the room and since we only slept and took a shower at the hotel, absence of kettle didn't become a problem for us. Additionally, the shower and the toilet are in different locations. However, it's more a matter of habit. The most important point is that everything was cozy and clean.

Central location, many shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was lovely and very helpful, the room was big and had a nice view.

Cleaning might need a bit more attention to detail: On the first day the room had a really bad smell from mopping. Also there were some kind of stains splattered on half of the bathroom door. We went back to the reception and informed them about the issues and they immediately took action and talked with the cleaners. Later we realised also that in the bathroom there were a few hairs in the shower.

The location was fantastic! I was able to walk to and from everything, and as a solo female traveler, I always felt safe. My room faced the street and it was noisy until the early hours if I kept my window cracked, but the minute I closed the window I couldn't hear anything. So many people complained about the breakfast, but I loved it. I like that there was a set menu with options to pick from. The orange juice was always freshly squeezed, and the toast with toppings was delicious and filled me up enough to get through lunch. My room was always clean and while I could have used a few additional hangers, there was space for all my things.

Great location , walking distance from bus station, old town and the beach, room was cleaned every day and towels changed too, omg...the beds were so comfy, staff were brilliant especially Caterina just couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was a problem! If I was to have a little moan I'd say and I'm being picky now but towels were changed every day although I had them hung up to indicate they were ok, just trying to be environmentally mindful ! Just an ideal place to stay, loved San Sebastian!🤗

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were exceptional in their helpfulness and friendliness. In particular, James and Valerie impressed us with their professionalism and willingness to help. We had been upgraded to a 5th floor room, as we were staying for six nights and would therefore have room to spread out. Such a pleasure. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. They took an interest in us and engaged in pleasant conversation . I can’t speak too highly of them. The hotel is perfectly situated in a less touristy yet vibrant part of San Sebastián. There plenty of bars and restaurants serving delicious food nearby and the property is very close to the Kursaal, ideally placed for the annual Film Festival. The hotel is well above the two star designation.

The bathroom could be a little bigger.

The room size was good and there were extra towels for my daugther. The room was cleaned twice as we put out the cleaning sign (otherwise no cleaning). Location is convenient for Zurriola beach, the city center and a lot of other central sights of San Sebastian.

It is a quite impersonal experience and the room was facing a very loud street.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the old town and in an area that is itself very lively and with numerous good pintxos bars. We were given an upgrade to an enormous room with a large terrace which was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

We had some issues moderating the somewhat aggressive aircon system.
