Unexpected museum like contents of the building. Having a gym. Laundry. Comfortable room. Helpful stay. Staying in a place that was part uni residence and part hotel.

It's a bleak setting and type of modern building that makes you realize why students get depression because they stuff them inside poor architecture but the wonder here and the genius of it is the incredible collection of industrial machines, wooden art and old type writers used for decoration inside and the bright painting to cheer up the exterior. The music rooms. Gym. Sauna. By the way some nearby five star hotels are equally as ugly modern.

The room was quite comfortable, beds quite good, nice bathroom. I would describe this hotel as simple but yet very nice. It is not a luxury hotel but it has everything you may need and everything in good condition. The closest beach is 1km away, (12-15min walking distance) and plenty of restaurants on the way if you wan to eat something on your way there or back to the hotel. Even if San Sebastian is a hilly town, this hotel is almost at sea level, so the way to the beach is flat. The hotel has a very good breakfast (extra cost) where you can pay only for what you choose or pay the "buffett" for 13 euros. If you are looking for an active holidays, this is the perfect place, as there are different sports you can play in the same complex. I played tennis where I rented the rackets, the court and got some tennis balls. The people at reception was always very nice! Parking is not included but I paid 3,8€ for 24hrs (it's public parking just outside the hotel).

Going to the old part of San Sebastian is 3km away, which with children is challenging, but if you are all adults (or at least teenagers) the walk is quite nice (along the beach).

The room was spacious and quiet. We could rest comfortably after a full day walking around the city. The bed was comfortable and there were extra covers in case we were cold. The hotel is located close to the university. While there was a tennis and squash open field next to it, the isolation was pretty good to not hear anything.

Nothing remarkable. If I need to be very picky, I'd say to be in a more centric area but there were bus stops quite nearby. No free parking but it's quite minor since there's public parking and the fee is not excessive.

Very far from the old town (about a 40-min walk), but in an attractive, quiet neighbourhood and it's easy to travel around San Sebastian on the city's rentable bikes. The beds are amazing - 5* hotel standard - and the rooms spacious, modern and light. The breakfast was also superb (although not included in room price). Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast included in room price. And for some reason our room cards didn't give us access to third floor garden, even though we were staying on that floor!

Good sized room in a university complex. The room had AC which I wasn't expecting but made the stay a lot nicer. Some people have complained about the price however, for me, this was one of the cheapest in San Sebastian and good value.

Nothing really. Location is a bit far from centre but its really easy to get the bus.

A pleasant surprise to find the hotel a lot nicer than expected and even better than it looks in the photos! Comfortable rooms with ample storage space, and there were many facilities that we initially didn't even know were available. Helpful staff with check-in, check-out and calling taxis.

Great price for a stay when hotel prices in San Sebastián were outrageous everywhere else. Helpful staff, good location close to bus stop to get to old town. Options to buy breakfast if you wanted. If you drive plenty of cheap parking on weekdays and free on weekend

Great place to stay in San Sebastian! Our room (the economy double room) was a bit small but very clean and equipped with everything we needed (even with a steam iron). Bathroom and beds were decent and the staff was very friendly. I really liked the location, even thought it was about half an hour walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop nearby. There are also plenty of parking spots if you have a car, at a very small cost. Very peaceful neighborhood with many nice restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.

Great sized room no aircon just a fan comfortable beds with ensuit close to beach but 45 mins to old town nice walk though along beach so didn’t mind

Having to ask to open the gym all the time as they lock it because of kids.Good sized gym lots of free weights machines a bit average

The location was excellent - a pleasant suburb of San Sebastian and 10 minutes ' walk from the beach. The accommodation is quirky and interesting. Breakfast is extra to the cost of the room, but is inexpensive and the menu is varied. It's also only a short walk to local bars and cafes.

We actually enjoyed it all.
