Fantastic location in Old Town, close to bars, restaurants, beach, sights etc Online checkin easy to use. Lady on reception 1st floor. No fridge or kettle in room however there was a communal area with coffee making machine and selection of teas and coffee provided. No air con, but a ceiling fan that was really effective. Parking in town is expensive, about €35 per day. We managed to find free on street parking about 20 min walk away (on the hill behind the far end of Concha beach).

Basic room with usual 'not so nice' inner courtyard view, however that is what we chose to book. Some things broken in room....chair, lamp, hand rail in shower.

I booked the large room with balcony which was very nice. Bathroom was a little basic, no hooks or shelf. No mirror in the bedroom but lots of space. Only saw the host when we booked in and out, as our room was on different floor. Lift worked OK but was old. Situated in the old town which is great.

My balcony overlooked a square, where there was usually piles of rubbish and smelt bad. Some days drunks sat in the square. This was a shame. In the circumstances I think the large room is a bit overpriced. Would I change my booking to the larger room if I had known, probably not.

Fabulous location nestled in the old town. Very small but worked perfectly for the two of us. nice to have windows open and when the bustle from the street below gets too noisy, close them there is no sound as they are insulated. And the smallest elevator in the world took us up to our 1st floor apartment. Very comfortable and large bed.

Shower quite small - great water pressure, but that’s the way things are - efficient use of space.

It was a lovely, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom — perfect for a weekend stay as a couple. The only thing I felt was missing were some hooks; there was nowhere to hang clothes in the room or towels in the bathroom (neither shower towels nor hand towels). But overall, it was a steal!

The location was great. It was a bit tricky to gain access as we had to get an access code. We ended up calling the owner because we couldn’t get in - I think we disturbed her but once we got on, we were fine. The room was very basic but clean and very central to where we wanted to be. It was also very clean and handy for what we needed. Would definitely stay again

I like location of this property, directly in old town. Really close to everywhere to pubs, restaurants, to beach. Daily cleaning and daily change of towels.

Room was small for couple, actually good for 3days but I cant imagine for longer period. We are also prefer harder bed mattress. Some bathroom equipment need renovation.

The location was excellent, the meeting we received on arrival was also excellent. Good value. And the double glazed windows work wonders in keep street noise out.

Shower was a touch small and aircon didn't seem to be working, but wasn't an issue for the time of year.

Perfect location, in the old part of town. You are at walking distance to many attractions, beaches of Zurriola and Kontxa, Monte Urgull. Even the bus station is not that far by foot (15min.) The area has many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The room/bathroom size were fine.

It could get a bit noisy, you could hear at some hours the water going down the pipes and people in the corridor.

We had to phone to get in even though it was advertised as having reception till 11pm. However, the lady arrived really quickly. The en suite was a little dated but very clean

Perfect location right in Old Town, rooms were clean and nice view through window, staff were very nice and felt safe as young female travellers.

The streets were quite noisy at night but the window was pretty sound proof if shut completely though there was no air conditioning so with the window shut it got very hot.
