Those two ping-pong tables are SUPER GREAT. The reception offers paddles for anyone wanting to play. The lobby, with many couches and seats, is very cozy and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The room is clean, and the carpet on the room floor is great. Also offering free water, tea, and condoms (although I doubts if it’s necessary esp for solo travelers)

The location is a bit far from the central area, taking ~30min walk to the crescent beach. But it’s good exercise, on the other hand. Btw, the reception might want to consider renew the ping-pong paddles they offer because the paddles are shabby now. Another thing, one morning at about 8-9am I was awakened from dreams by strong & loud door knocking and I suspect if that was a staff member.

Modern, clean with great amenities such as a laundry. The roof top pool and bar were excellent

Location was well removed from San Sebastián town but that wasn’t such a bad thing. Taxi was 12 euros and there is a good bus service. We walked into town on one day. Only took 25 minutes.

The bedroom was great, really spacious, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfy, the products in the bathroom were amazing and you literally have everything you need (conditioner, body cream, hairdryer). The gym is perfect, so is the rooftop with the beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was a bit pricy but really really good.

I did not not like anything but there is no way of check-in early even a bit, and if you have a car it’s a struggle to find a parking spot nearby (we struggled for nearly twenty minutes)

It is very modern, the gym is fabulous and the food in the restaurant is very good!

The location isn’t very central but there are buses close by.

The Social Hub was an excellent place to stay, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The room was spacious, tidy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast offered plenty of options which were all delicious. The hotel gym was super well equipped — nothing compared to a usual hotel gym, partly because it's also a co-living space and there's external visitors to it as well. There is a rooftop HEATED pool which was amazing, I swam in it even though it was a bit cold and windy and really really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is excellent — it's well connected with buses and the staff can easily call you a cab to anywhere in the San Sebastián area which costs around €10-€15. There's a pharmacy and several supermarkets nearby as well, as well as a beautiful park and a river that's great for running. One of the best things about the hotel was that there was a social calendar with events, like organized workouts with a trainer, a running club, yoga classes, etc. So I would definitely come back!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay there.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is pretty. The hotel is very near to the beautiful, massive park in San Sebastian, which you can walk through to get to the main part of the city. There's also a bus stop very near to the hotel that you can take to get into the center of the city if you want to save time. This hotel has a co-working, young-millennial vibe and energy that I really enjoyed. I didn't participate (too busy exploring the beautiful city), but there are different activities for people to enjoy (group runs, for example).

The pool was closed for renovations while we were there, but that was okay because it wasn't quite warm enough outside yet to enjoy the pool (late April).

A very fresh hotel, everything’s new inside and outside and I really enjoyed that feeling - the cleanest snd freshest bed I slept in. The rooms honestly are so well designed for comfort, so enjoyable to stay. Not fancy but rather work travel like. Great coworking spaces - lots of comfy zones to work in or lurk and have a meeting, nice bar and restaurant with coffee, food and drinks.

Food in the restaurant wasn’t good. Location might not be good if you want to be in the city center closer to old town and enjoy the vibe. Was ok for me, I loved taking walks from and to the hotel.

We couldn’t get the air con to work so had to have the window open at night and the warmth and noise did make it hard to sleep.

It’s a pretty big hotel/co-living area where people stay for some period of time for work or fun. Lots of people with laptops on the first floor. Pretty quiet. Rooms of decent size, clean and comfortable. There is a bar and a restaurant with nice prices. There are also a few places to eat and drink. within a 5 minute walk. A supermarket is within a block Bus stop is 3 minute walk, bus 26 takes you to old town in 10 minutes. Overall - very much recommend this place.

Maybe additional toiletries like a hair conditioner would be nice together there.

I liked the large common spaces. Rooms were clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, but the staff in the restaurant/ bar were very unaccommodating. They could have cared less about providing us with any service and were more interested in closing and leaving.

My room was not soundproof. I could hear everyone in the hallway, construction noise and the cleaning staff vacuuming in the room next door. I was in room 4058, fourth floor. Upon my arrival at 10pm at night and after a long 20 hours of traveling, I proceed to the restaurant for a quick bite to eat, I was informed they were closed, and the bar was closing at 11. When I proceed to order a beverage at the bar, they informed me that I would have to take my drink outside of the restaurant because they were closing at 11. Not the greatest customer service!
