Beautifully blue and white Abba building, really nice studio, safe parking with gate, greeted nicely by Recepcion, Alba, upgraded to higher floor, keyless entry, code, safe box available, balcony terrace, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, complimentary tea coffee capsules, water etc, compact studio, huge beds comfy everything, clean, two large TVs, internet, plenty of quality towels, toiletries offered, options for shower washes, high end hair dryer, dishwasher, extra blankets, hangers big cabinets, tall mirrors, heating and AC, laundry service €, elevators or stairs, overall awesome!

One TV didn’t connect to Internet. Sofa bed not as comfy as expected for sleeping. Missing a freestanding coat hanger with hooks.

I reserved two rooms but each room is in fact a small flats each with a a bedroom, a salon and a kitchen. In each of them, there are two TVs one in the bedroom and the other is in the salon. The kitchen was well equipped with glasses, dishes, pots, kettle and coffee machine and others. There is an elevator in the appartmen. It is new, clean and calm. It is perfect for families with children but also for twins and individuals as it is large. The receptionists Mrs. Alba and Mrs. Elizabeth are very kind and helpful.

Check in starts at 16:00 but luggage may be left at the receptionist. The recetionist is available only for 8 hours a day but help is available through WhatsApp

Perfect location for the beach at Gross and easy access to all the restaurants of Gross and with a short walk into San Sebastien it was very agreeable. The fixtures and fittings were nearly new and very comfortable. Unusual to find a place with parking this close to the city centres.

Very little. The parking was a little bit tight for my car but it is a larger estate. The access to the parking could be controlled with a key pad using the same code as the room and hotel doors instead of having to phone the reception

Best self catering apartment I've ever stayed in. Great location, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean. Fluffy towels, extra pillows and a giant bed. And they included some unexpected extra touches that are not guaranteed in self catering apartments, e.g. Washing up liquid, sponge, dish washer tab, toiletries, coffee pods. There was a washing machine in the common area for use too. Overall a very, very comfortable stay. If there's an Abba Apartment available on my next trip, that's where I'll be going.

No negatives at all.

Lovely, bright, airy, clean, compact studio apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable large bed, large fluffy towels, balcony, parking. Washing machine and tumble dryer available (4 euros for w/machine). 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants/ bars. 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

The extra costs made staying here expensive - 30 euros a night for our dog and 20 euros a night for parking.

Really clean and comfortable apartment in a good location which is quiet at night. Easy walk to the local surfers beach plus the apartment is on a bus route to access the town centre and larger swimming bays. Otherwise the walk into town is about 15 minutes. Parking on site is a bonus in a busy town. The reception staff are all lovely and really helpful and the check-in process was easy.

Parking bays are tight for a larger vehicle.

Beautiful room, plenty of space and brilliant facilities, balcony was an added bonus. Very dog friendly with a few nice supplies. Excellent location, seconds from great restaurants in Gros and the beach.

The parking was very expensive, I ended up parking up the hill in the Pay and Display bays for 2 euros a night instead of 20

Everything was newly furnished. Massive bed. Lovely to have a separate living space ( there were only two of us.) Just off the beach, 20 mins from the Old Town. Our stay was excellent value because we stayed in Feb

Loved everything. Prices look a lot higher in the warmer season- inevitably.

Fantastic apartment with balcony. The staff were all very friendly. Parking on site albeit €20 a night. Large bed. 20 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes walking to the beach. Great restaurants everywhere.

The sockets for the toaster and kettle were in a bizarre place halfway up the wall. Could have had a slightly bigger table on the balcony.

some issues with the parking barrier in the evening that took few phone calls to solve the value for money is good when booking a room only, adding a parking spot and a dog in the booking increase the price quickly
