We had a very comfortable apartment on the ground floor next to the car park which was very convenient. There is parking for 5 or 6 cars and booking is essential - I should say that it would seem hell to park in San Sebastian - there are cars and mopeds everywhere - so I strongly recommend booking this - it was a God send. The apartment block is located near one on the beaches at one end of town - 5 minute walk and you are on the beach which is big and crowded in season (we went in June). About 10 -15 minute walk and you are in old town which is beautiful. I recommend the walk through old town and up the hill through the woods to a fabulous quirky bar with spectacular views. The apartment itself was good - there is a reception desk and it is dog friendly. There is a communal washing machine and dryer - 4 euros to use. The kitchen is generic and basic (we have been to about 10 different apartments in the last 2 months in France and Spain) - but functional.

The kitchen facilities were a little basic - even though there is a dishwasher which every apartment we have been in has regardless of the kitchen facilities. This is a minor issue though.

Beautifully blue and white Abba building, really nice studio, safe parking with gate, greeted nicely by Recepcion, Alba, upgraded to higher floor, keyless entry, code, safe box available, balcony terrace, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, complimentary tea coffee capsules, water etc, compact studio, huge beds comfy everything, clean, two large TVs, internet, plenty of quality towels, toiletries offered, options for shower washes, high end hair dryer, dishwasher, extra blankets, hangers big cabinets, tall mirrors, heating and AC, laundry service €, elevators or stairs, overall awesome!

One TV didn’t connect to Internet. Sofa bed not as comfy as expected for sleeping. Missing a freestanding coat hanger with hooks.

I reserved two rooms but each room is in fact a small flats each with a a bedroom, a salon and a kitchen. In each of them, there are two TVs one in the bedroom and the other is in the salon. The kitchen was well equipped with glasses, dishes, pots, kettle and coffee machine and others. There is an elevator in the appartmen. It is new, clean and calm. It is perfect for families with children but also for twins and individuals as it is large. The receptionists Mrs. Alba and Mrs. Elizabeth are very kind and helpful.

Check in starts at 16:00 but luggage may be left at the receptionist. The recetionist is available only for 8 hours a day but help is available through WhatsApp

Perfect location for the beach at Gross and easy access to all the restaurants of Gross and with a short walk into San Sebastien it was very agreeable. The fixtures and fittings were nearly new and very comfortable. Unusual to find a place with parking this close to the city centres.

Very little. The parking was a little bit tight for my car but it is a larger estate. The access to the parking could be controlled with a key pad using the same code as the room and hotel doors instead of having to phone the reception

Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location, very near the beach area and only 15 mins walk to the old town. Perfect distance as it meant the area was nice and quiet but still lots of cafes and bars within a few minutes walk.

Only downside is that there isn’t space within the onsite car park, but there are plenty within a few minutes walk.

A fabulous find. On-site parking with a car charger. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were luxurious with everything you could want for a stay. Five minutes from the beach and an agreeable 20 minute walk to the old town with plenty of shops and transport links on your doorstep.

Best self catering apartment I've ever stayed in. Great location, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean. Fluffy towels, extra pillows and a giant bed. And they included some unexpected extra touches that are not guaranteed in self catering apartments, e.g. Washing up liquid, sponge, dish washer tab, toiletries, coffee pods. There was a washing machine in the common area for use too. Overall a very, very comfortable stay. If there's an Abba Apartment available on my next trip, that's where I'll be going.

Very clean, lovely room, great decor, good location. Close to hiking trails.

There was a a bit of a sewage smell but our apartment was on the ground floor. Also, the beach is 5-7 min away but it’s a surfing beach so if you don’t surf it’s really hard to swim or go in the water because of waves.

Lovely, bright, airy, clean, compact studio apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable large bed, large fluffy towels, balcony, parking. Washing machine and tumble dryer available (4 euros for w/machine). 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants/ bars. 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

The extra costs made staying here expensive - 30 euros a night for our dog and 20 euros a night for parking.
