The apartments are very well-located in easy walking distance to town, but nevertheless away from the hordes. I didn't have a car and there is a well-served bus stop nearby to Biarritz/the airport and Bayonne and the villages in between. Very well-equipped apartment that has everything you need. Well-insulated, quiet room. Good value for money (off-season).

I have no complaints about the hotel. If I have to say anything negative it is that the decor and fittings in the apartment feel a little sterile (i.e. not very cosy). Very practical, however.

Friendly and helpful welcome from Celine who put me at ease and was patient letting me practise my schoolboy French - although her English is excellent! The property is a short walk from town and the beach, and also from bus and train connections. There's a decent small supermarket almost on the doorstep and the kitchen is well equipped so you don't need to eat out all the time - or at all, if you don't want to. The property is aging but clean and well maintained.

Location excellent. Celine is very informative and helpful. Apartment as described along with balcony, and was suitable for 3 persons. St Jean de Luz is a great spot to spend a few days. Check in and check out smooth Sofa-bed is user friendly. A/C very good. Access to building user friendly. Corridors and public areas well kept.

Bathroom tight. Perhaps access to the games room outside of reception hours.

The location was handy to the town and beach but beside a main road. Our room was at the back on second floor looking out to the cemetery but was very quiet. Air conditioning was a bonus. The kitchen area was clean and well equipped. Staff Celine and Linda were helpful.

The bunk beds were off the main room opposite the bathroom which wasn’t ideal.

It was nice, easy to find. Not far from the beach. Shops are close. Self check-in after opening hours of reception was easy. Next day you have to go to the recpetion anyway. Lady on the reception was friendly and nice. Nicely equipped small apartments.

Rooms are quite small, not comfortable for the long stay, especially if you are there four people. Couch wasnt very comfortable and kitchen is suuuper small. The parking place was quite expensive and apparently there were free places in front of the building, which are not possible to book, but if there are not many people it should be fine to park there.

Location is excellent: you could walk to the beach both through the town and accross the hill. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Private parking (available for extra fee) is very good and convenient.

The traffic noise from Rue Deconte. I suppose for the rooms facing the other side, this should be less of a problem

Receptionist Celine was first-class throughout - extremely friendly & helpful in responding to our queries & such a wonderful ambassador for both Pierre & Vacances & St. Jean de Luz. Right from our check-in, she really made us feel so welcome & took the time to take us through the map of St. Jean de Luz, pointing out all the key attractions in town & in the surrounding areas - and, giving us some really useful tips on how to get the most from our day trips to Bilbao & San Sebastien. Thanks a million, Celine - much appreciated!

Everything was great!

The location was epic and the rooms were cool and spacious. The staff was super friendly and informative about what there was to do in the area. The rooms also have a kitchenette and are really nicely stocked with cooking utensils which was epic!

You have to give your room a proper clean before you leave i.e. empty the dishwasher, strip the linen, take the rubbish out etc. which was unexpected.

Everything was what we expected, the check in was easy to do as the receptionists were very friendly and helped us through all the procces.The apparment is provided with all that is need to enjoy the stay.

An iron could ne usefull.

Location is just perfect. The area is very calm. The space, balcony included is big enough and there's everything you need inside. And the playroom on the ground floor is a great place for plan B in case of rain! A free parking spot could be found 5 min away.

The sofa bed was only okay although our kid enjoyed the bunk bed.
