I have to confess that I was a bit skeptical after reading the comments about the noise level coming from the bar, despite knowing the hotel would offer ear buds. For my surprise, the ear buds made magic and we didn’t hear anything in 8 nights. The hotel is pretty new and the facilities are super nice and clean. Located in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, Bizipoz gave us easy access to all places we visited. All the team was attentive, service minded, knowledgeable and friendly. Our heartfelt thanks to Fanny and Xabi who guided us with wonderful suggestions for restaurantes, and helped us whenever we needed. They knew the places so well, that we only experienced the best of the best. We will probably be back as we loved Saint Jean de Luz.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, with perhaps the most thoughtfully-designed rooms I've ever encountered - so many places to put things, to hang things, to pack things. Location simply could not be better; you're in the heart of the beautiful town but it still feels like an oasis. The beach is just a few minutes' walk. The view from our very large room (216) was spectacular, offering both mountains and the bay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We paid quite a lot for our excellent room, and at that rate I think breakfast ought to be included. But never mind - the hotel is right next les Halles de Saint Jean-de-Luz and dozens of excellent cafes and patisseries.

The Bizipoz is a new hotel in Old Town Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It's centrally located, across from the harbor & in Old Town. Close to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. The service at the hotel, by Xabi, the gentleman who checked us in & out, and made sure that everything was perfect. He even remembered our names, even though there were many other guests at the hotel. Each day when they cleaned our room, they left a bottle of still & sparkling water for us. What a nice touch that was! First class service, spacious room overlooking the Harbor, great breakfast & a wonderful wine bar next door made the trip terrific.

It would have been great to have a Treadmill (instead of of a rowing machine) in the gym.

In a very good location and has a bar, offers breakfast at €18pp, some nice looking and healthy options available to buy if you don’t want to eat in a restaurant, a wine cellar and a gym. I have to admit we didn’t avail ourselves of any of these but everything looked very clean and well organised. The room itself was a reasonable size and well organised. We parked in the Port car park, which actually is where the hotel parking is located (on the first level) and very close to the hotel.The hotel parking is separated from the public car park by a boom gate and provides quite a good number of spaces for guests. The staff were always very pleasant.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The position, the design, everything so well thought, the room was big, luminous, with the right temperature. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A very good vibe, would definitely come back. Close to the beach and various restaurants, and the local market. Paid parking underground makes everything easy.

The bar downstairs has loud music which goes late, so not a good sleep before 1:30 am. Really a pity for what the hotel offers, it doesn’t fit at all the rest.

Modern, stylish hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms and very comfy beds. Lovely breakfast-lots of options and great bread and teas. Location right in the town and near the station and port is really great and even though they run a lot of music events till late the sound proofing in the rooms is very good so you can still get a good nights sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of help with travel in the local area.

Fantastic location in the centre of Saint Jean de Luz, close to the bus and train station so very easy to visit the surrounding areas (San Sebastian, Guéthary, Biarritz,...). Close to the beach, the shops, very clean, staff extremely helpful. They even had a shower that we were able to use after checkout and after going to the beach !

A great hotel for our quick introduction to the lovely town of Saint Jean de Luz. Aside from its ideal location, the rooms are contemporary, sound proofed, and well furnished. Most of all, we appreciated the terrific staff who went out of their way to help us with directions, restaurants, bus transportation -- even rounding up a plate and silverware for a take-home treat to enjoy in the room. This is the A team!

Brand new hotel in a modern art-deco style. Right beside the port and only a block to the historic centre. Room very distinctive modern clean styling. Very comfortable great black our curtains and everything one needed. V good Would like to commend one of the team - Fanny - for going above and beyond from her pre-check in help, fabulous personality and can-do help inc finding Restaurent’s. A true gem and a credit to the hotel

We did not eat breakfast in the Hotel. We ate breakfast [Continental] in a Cafe / Brasserie across from the hotel. A comment, not a complaint: we used the parking facility exclusive to hotel guests. More expensive than other hotel parking facilities we have used, but very convenient. However, I don't know how that cost compares to public car parks in St Jean.
