Just returned from 5 night stay in the hotel. It is a small family run hotel, so very homely. Hosts were brilliant, especially Eric who helped with our luggage upstairs. Bed was comfy and the two girls who cleaned were so nice and so well mannered. Nothing was any trouble , from the early morning check in until arranging our taxi to the airport. I think we will definitely be back

Not far from the old town and beach so can walk... Parking on the street right outside the hotel was a bonus.

Room and hotel needs some freshening up, also smelt a bit stale. Needed to leave windows open for fresh air so street noise but thankfully not a busy road. Bathroom a bit basic especially shower but fine for a one night stay.

Great location. The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations for things to do and see. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

this is a small friendly, family run hotel situated within easy level walk of grand plage and town. the owners are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble

if I had to find a fault it would be lack of parking but we had no problem in July finding street parking nearby

Hotel staff extremely kind and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location next to the main beach in Saint Jean de Luz and easy to go to nearby (and less crowded) beaches.
