The location, only a 15 minute walk from the beach and the town for great bars and restaurants. We were upgraded because our room wasn't ready at check in, so we had a larger room with a partial sea view, which was nice. The free parking in a secure garage. The varied buffet breakfast. The friendly check in young man.

It is difficult to park before getting the key to the garage upon checking in; the hotel is in the middle of a housing estate and all parking spaces are taken. The bathroom is a tiny cubicle with toilet and shower all together; when one showers the whole floor is wet.

Location was great, easy parking, 10 minute walk to restaurants/ bars. Room and bathroom were clean, modern and had everything we needed. Lovely staff, very helpful and happy. Had a drink in their bar when we got back and they were cheaper than the last bar we went to. St Jean Luz is a beautiful place.

The room itself was very small. We had to walk sideways at the end of the bed. I know it’s a budget hotel but we did pay over 150€ for one night which was around 50€ more than the other hotels on our road trip some of which were exceptional.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a warm and welcoming stay. The newly rebuilt rooms were modern, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. The hotel's serene atmosphere made for a peaceful and quiet experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great breakfast, clean comfortable room, over the river but easy walk from centre of the old town. For the price you pay compared to other accommodation in the area it is good value.

Room is on the small side but overall is fine

Great stay in "cityhotel"! All amenities close. Very good restaurants in the old town an Arrantzaleak only 100m from the hotel. Also hotel has food available, which was tasty. Bar open etc.

Basic Room is small

Friendly staff. Very clean. Lady at breakfast was very attentive and always present in case you needed something.

I think as we has a small van, perhaps they could offer 2 or 2 parking spaces downstairs in the car park for vans as it was too difficult to manoeuvre the van up to the next level.

Breakfast was great, staff were also lovely and friendly, room and bathroom very clean. Communal spaces lovely and spotless . Would return!

Bed was not so comfy, window doesn't tilt so could be unsafe

Friendly staff and great location. The breakfast was good, but please go back to “normal” tea bags.

Better air conditioning. Room was too warm. Couldn’t open window at night because of mosquitoes.

Great stop over. The hotel is a short walk into the centre. We were lucky to see the Christmas lights turn on! We have used this hotel a few times & always been good.

Nothing to dislike.

Clean and bright room. Shower was rather snug for my partner but on the whole what would be expected from a budget hotel.

The room looked out on to a blank wall, but for one night it was sufficient
