Our small apartment was just a short walk to the beach and was convenient to the market, cafés, etc. It was modern, clean, and included a small kitchen with essential table and cookware. We enjoyed having a living room separate from the bedroom for our two-week stay. Additionally, we appreciated the staff at Reception who were always friendly and helpful.

As temperatures seem to be rising more and more each summer, air conditioning is becoming a desirable amenity that our apartment didn't include. However, the Résidence provided us with a fan that helped considerably on the hottest days.

Apartment was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped making simple meals easy to cook and dishwasher and cleaning materials provided made the cleaning- up easy and straightforward. Particularly enjoyed breakfast sitting on the balcony. Overall good value for money. Biarritz although very beautiful is an expensive holiday destination for British visitors.

The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The pillows were ideal too. However, no top sheet was provided and sleeping was very unpleasant in the absence of air conditioning as we were too hot. We removed the quilt from the duvet cover which we slept under which helped a bit. Reception provided us with a portable fan which also improved the situation. The bedroom would benefit from the installation of ceiling mounted fans. On arrival Biarritz airport we waited 45 minutes for our promised LeCab taxi which never showed up. Eventually we were forced to make other arrangements to reach our accommodation.

Spacious living room and bedroom. Kitchinette with all one needs for cooking. Large balcony with a table and pair of chairs. Excellent location in a quiet small street within a few minutes walk to the beach, market, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The bus stop to airport and railway station is round the corner. Ground floor reception with very friendly staff open during check-in and check-out hours. There are street view and garden view apartments that face north and south, respectively. The latter might have a better view and be a bit quieter but, given the fact that there is no AC, think twice if you want to be exposed to midday sun in hot weather.

Toilet is separate from bathroom. In our apartment a single flush was never enough to empty the bowl.

The flat was excellent for our needs. The extra details were a bonus, the toiletries, the cleaning products, and a fantastic shower. Also I have to mention Nelly, one of the receptionists. While everyone we dealt with was very helpful, Nelly was especially friendly and kind. She was very enthusiastic about Biarritz and was keen to advise on shops, restaurants etc.

The only thing we would have liked was Netflix access. Although the app seemed to be on the TV, we couldn't find a way to sign in. However we decided not tomention it to staff as it wasn't essential. It may be that if we had mentioned it there would have been a solution.

A lovely apartment very centrally placed in Biarritz, a short walk from the seafront, shops ,bars and restaurants as well as the market .There is an excellent boulangerie very close at hand and the bus stop for buses to the station is a few minutes'walk away.The apartment was more spacious than we thought and there is a good sized balcony ,enough room for 2 chairs and table as well as space to dry washing.The kitchen area was well equipped to prepare simple meals.We did have to ask for instructions for operating the hob but once we had them there was no problem. A cleaning pack with washing up liquid etc was provided.The reception team were very helpful.We didn't use the alcove with bunk beds but for families it could be useful to know that this was separate from the main bedroom. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Just a very minor point but it would have been nice to have bedside lights providing softer light.There is no washing machine but we knew that in advance, and a drying rack is provided.

Clean seems to have been refurbished recently. Very friendly and welcoming staff and excellent communications. Easy access to beach and shopping and transport. Cafes and Boulangeries close by. Kitchen equipment was ok.

We travelled by plane which was late. Got to accomodation but nothing for us in the room and supermarkets closed so no milk tea or indeed anything for us and nowhere to get it. “Coffee machine” was a filter-no coffee or filters. We decided they only wanted guests who arrive in cars with their own provisions and not anyone else. No washing machine, iron etc. Bed was very hard didn’t suit us but for others it may be fine.

The location was very central to shops, restaurants, a lovely park and the beaches. We had a double bedroom and a small one with bunk beds which we didn't need but kept our cases there . We had a decent sized bathroom with a separate WC. There was also a Kitchen/dining area/living room, not huge but an ok size with a balcony that you could sit out on. There is a lift in the building and the reception area is staffed from 7.30am to 11.30am and from 4pm to 8pm. Staff were friendly and polite and on hand if you had any problems.

Perfectly located and well equipped little apartment. Easy access to beaches, market and shops as well as bus stop to train station and airport. the flat was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a slim dishwasher and a welcome pack with dishwasher tablets and cleaning liquids and sponges so it was ideal for our week's stay. Very pleasant staff too.

The double room was lovely but the bunk bed area was small and had no storage so perhaps not ideal flat for 3 adults but great for a couple or a family with small children.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Having a kitchen in the room is quite convenient.

The fact that reception is only open from 7.30, and only a few hours during the day. We arrived and left earlier than that, and, on arrival, we had to wait until we were able to leave our bags in the storage room. Guests are also supposed to empty their rubbish when they leave and clean the dishes they may have used, or else they will be charged a fine. I especially don't agree with having to empty the trash.

Apartment larger with more facilities than expected. We found it very suitable for week long holiday. Close to beach, shops, market, laundromat. Easy parking in nearby underground Indigo, if a bit expensive - week booking cheaper.

Would like separate top sheet. Had to remove hot doona inner and just use doona cover. Blanket provided which was good.
