I loved the little touches of the radio in the room and the nice tea and coffee. The pool was great and staff extremely helpful and friendly. It’s in a nice part of town even if you have to walk down the hill 10 mins to reach cafes and bars. The car parking was great and very safe.

It felt like a lot of money to pay for a room that was very dark and had a basement vibe. We loved that the room was accessible, but it was seriously lacking in natural light and views. The shower was awful with very low pressure.

Loved the decor, it was cheerful, colorful and a little funky. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly! They gave great tips for exploring Biarritz, restaurants, reserving taxi transport. I had forgotten my electricity converter and they gave me one left behind by a previous guest (out of a box of dozen leftovers). My room had a lovely view of the water, enjoyed sitting on the deck reading and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Food was healthy and delicious, fresh pastries, eggs, cheeses, meats, ripe fruits, cakes, breads! And, perfect cappuccino! Really the perfect start to your day! I highly recommend staying here. It’s an easy 10 minute walk into city center. Enjoy the quiet setting and delightful atmosphere.

Very beautiful and cool interiors, loved the building! The rooms are super cosy and beautiful little patios. Also like the robertbridge radios in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and great. Also like the Regina the sister hotel it’s great to also to be able to hang out in this option next door.

Wish there was another bar area or more places to hang out when the weather isn’t nice. I went in off season so the weather wasn’t great. The only thing I didn’t like was the location it’s very far from the centre of town and a 20 min walk to anything of interest. Also I wish they offered room service or had a mini bar in the room with drinks and snacks.

Just located out of town and a few minutes from the beach the location was perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and the food was exceptional. Our rooms were a good size. Breakfast was very nice, small choice but all healthy good quality options. There were a couple of events while we were there including a DJ and cocktail evening which was great.

The sunbeds by the pool were really uncomfortable. You were unable to recline them so you could not lie on your front .

On our 3 week trip around France and the north of Spain, we stayed in 10 hotels and 1 villa in total including 5 star properties. Le Garage was probably our favourite hotel. We loved the interior design but the stand out element were the staff. The best service, friendliest and kindest people. Even when we had to depart at 6am, they packed us a lovely breakfast. It’s all in the detail and these things make a difference.

Only one little thing - the curtains in the rooms. Black-out curtains or electric shutters would make this hotel perfect.

Superb small stylish hotel with attentive & friendly staff. Good location away from the bustle of the main town centre. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops - 20 minutes to centre. Great beach within 5 minutes walk. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with an emphasis on home made & locally sourced produce. Sunday brunch was especially good. Small pool but good for an afternoon dip. We had a cosy garden room which had everything we needed. It was stylish and thoughtfully planned including coffee machine, kettle, fridge & complimentary water. Would thoroughly recommend Le Garage.

Not a property specific issue but location not ideal if you want to spend most of your time in the main bar/restaurant/shopping/beach area. Hôtel is about 15 minutes away but it’s mostly uphill from the city center. Not the most convenient if you want to go back and forth during the day.

The property itself was lovely. Easy to find, in a great area of town just outside but walkable of the centre and interesting. The staff were charming, helpful and communicative. They assisted with queries quickly and were very friendly. The pool area was good fun to be around and there was a resident DJ on one of the evenings. Would definitely use again when in Biarritz.

Our only drawback was the lack of any view in our particular room. Next time we’ll request a different room for that reason only.

We had an outstanding stay! The staff is young, dynamic and extremely welcoming. The location is perfect for a quiet, yet luxurious stay, within walking distance from the city center and only a few steps from the beach and the Biarritz light tower. We had one dinner, favoring local and regional products: excellent! Breakfasts are generous. The underground parking garage features excellent EV chargers. A very strong recommendation!

A small improvement would be better car parking in front of the reception.

A beautiful restored building with cool design solutions. Very comfortable beds and choice of pillows. The food is excellent! Staff is very young sweet and accommodating.

It is not something we didn’t like it is more of a recommendation- the restaurant is a bit exposed to people walking into the foyer. Maybe a small plant division would do the job to make it cozy.
