Location is perfect, the views (ocean view) are one of the best ones on the coast, breakfast is very good. Loved the pool and the pool area, the water in the pool was heated which was very welcome given the constant weather changes in Biarritz. All in all we would love to be back mostly thanks to a fantastic team, esp the morning staff, and most of all Tatiana (might be the wrong name :) - very professional and friendly!

Rooms are nice but the 2nd floor one smelled of mold. Also the cleaning was very uneven - ground floor team was way better than the 2nd floor team. SPA is very overrated - really close to no facilities apart from a couple of massage rooms and a hammam. The lobby bar had great food and drinks options but was double the price you would pay outside the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We also liked the spaciousness of the room and the nice, big bed with great linens! We also had a lovely view of the sea.

The hardware (knobs) on the bathroom sinks were very big and difficult to turn (especially for older people). Also, the shower was in the tub and the walls were very tall. Getting in was ok, but in getting out, one had to step up, over and down to a lower level than the tub, which was a bit dangerous. Lastly, during the strong storm that took place, water came in through the deck doors and we had to put a towel down in front of the door.

I stayed at the Regina hotel for a week, it was the best decision! The hotel is incredible and well curated. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very attentive and kind! I want to give special thanks to Maïa, Jehan, and Leila! They were exceptionally delicate and always went above and beyond to help. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. It also was quiet in the room, even with the fact that it’s facing the highway. Biarritz is wonderful on its own, but Regina made my trip so much better. Without this hotel and its wonderful staff, my vacation wouldn’t have been as memorable. Grand merci, and I’m already looking forward to coming back! Also the wooden and concrete tables were my favourite details :)

Reception staff were highly professional, attentive and friendly. Managers fantastic. Loved the sea view through port hole style window. Gorgeous decor & bathroom facilities & toiletries excellent quality. Housekeeping second to none. Friendly & efficient. We dined in twice, both very enjoyable meals. Live music over weekend added bonus. Location second to none, on elegant hill surrounded by historical Villa & lighthouse on top. Easy downhill walk to town & beaches. We found a couple of great bars & bakeries close by. Husband & son used the basement gym and we all loved the pool terrace. Nice boutique shop next to it and there is a Spa. Parking available although we didn’t use. Taxi from airport about €40 but not a long journey. Bus to Anglet and Bayonne five mins away. Very reasonable & we took 5 bus back to airport.

Music in main area a bit too noisy and club like at times.

We had a suite which had a lovely view of the sea and pool. The location is lovely, slightly out of town and we were able to walk along the sea front into town. The outdoor area for breakfast was very nice and the buffet style breakfast was very good. We did not eat in the restaurant. The pool area was really nice and the sun beds probably the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. The spa and Hamman area were a great asset, my daughter had a massage which she said was excellent. I like the size of this hotel and would recommend it.

Loved this hotel - fantastic renovation of the 1920s building which has retained its elegance and beautiful features - we loved our room overlooking the sea front - great shower and nice to have a bath as well. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and would definitely recommend Frenchies if you like good food - lovely restaurant and excellent service. Added bonus to have the outdoor pool. Golf club just across the road and a lovely little walk to the lighthouse with great views of the cliff tops and the town. Loved this hotel - great place to stay in Biaritz

Location and style, material of the rooms.

Staff is not trained for a 5 star establishment. Most of them very young, even younger than 20 years old, with no experience. A lot of stuff but nobody knew what to do. I was expecting at least a small amenity for my anniversary and even spoke via email with Carols Ferrer but nothing. Not even mentioning it at check in. And I never saw Carlos. Moreover not sure what turned down service meant for them - but it’s not a real one. They just put 1 chocolate on your bed but the bed and curtains are not touched…

Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Great views of the ocean. Comfortable rooms, stylish decor. Good breakfast buffet (€22). Close to the plate for lovely sunset views

Quite far from most of Biarritz, pool lovely but small, no room service except at breakfast, exterior masonry of hotel cracking and missing in places gave the hotel a slightly down at heel appearance, no real entrance to the hotel except by walking through the car park, hotel gym very small

The restaurant and staff were excellent, very welcoming professional and helpful. In particular Antoine who met us in the car park to take our bags was excellent. Also the sommelier (Antoine ?) was exceptionally helpful. Loved the architecture of the hotel.

The pool was small, albeit very nice, pool food was average. Not a fan of casual staff uniforms in a luxury hotel (jeans & trainers)

Everything was outstanding, the location, the hotel facilities with a superb design and swimming pool. The staff was excellent and really know what is the best customer service. We absolutely loved our stay and already looking at when to come back!
