Good location. Excellent staff. Great bed. Great pillows. Good soundproofing to next rooms. Brand new. Parking at place. Whike at cost 30€ per day, considering how complicsted is to park in Biarritz its worth it.

As absolutely new place, still has some minor "bugs" to be solved. However the staff is really helpful to anything.

We had the honor to be among the first guests staying at this property, the 3rd night after its re-opening. We had to count on rendered images of the architectural plan. There wasn't any actual picture nor any guest review available. the place didn't let us down. It is beautifully designed with a local chic. The family room was spacious and beautiful. the rooftop is extraordinary with the Pool, bar and restaurant. The stuff was super attentive although it was the first days of its operation and all was very new. location is highly convenient, just a few steps from the lively town center.

Brand new or recently renovated - beautiful light spacious rooms , roof top bar and restaurant stunning with fabulous views . Pool & pool area is nice but quite small , so if have kids who like a pool I’d go elsewhere as imagine will get very busy . Staff friendly and attentive . 5 mins walk to the town and 10mins to the beach .

Work was still being completed in the reception and unfinished electrics in areas of hotel . If I’d been informed was so new would have expected a cheaper rate if not 100% operational . Restaurant not 100% open due being so new so not able to dine there but not an issue . Also breakfast is not included so cost would be even higher . Otherwise is a gorgeous well designed hotel just needs some fine tuning and competitive pricing

Beautiful hotel with very nice interior design, great rooftop restaurant and swimming pool. The location is very good, close to the main street with restaurants and to the beach. The view from the restaurant is really amazing. Rooms very modern and nice.

You can see that hotel still requires to finish some renovation works. It came out for example that our room had issue with door and they were not closing… Parking is also not finished and has quite a difficult access. This is a little bit tricky when you compare it to the price.

A very comfortable hotel. Good facilities. Nice rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Lovely views and excellent food. Helpful and friendly staff. In particular, Alvaro on the reception desk was very good and helpful in giving us information when we arrived. Room very spacious and comfortable. We slept well. Hotel has private on site underground parking. This is a real bonus in Biarritz. Location of the hotel is very good. Everything is within an easy, pleasant walk. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Nothing to dislike. Hotel met our expectations

The location was ideal, some excellent restaurants were a very short walk away and some very nice sea front walks were also very close. A short drive would take you to a great beach where again, the walks were very well planned out. If you wanted you could just sit and watch the sea, although I should point out this was the end of October so it was very easy to park. Overall, the experience was great for a short break. Oh, and storm Ciaran arrived the day after we arrived, lots of crashing waves and 90kmh winds.

We used the onsite car parking and we found that to get to the scanner which was at a very awkward angle because of the curvature of the down ramp, in our case, it needed the passenger get out of the car to scan the ticket. Not convenient when raining.

The hotel is located close to points of interest, most within walking distance. The staff very helpful and courteous. We especially would like to point out Alvaro at the Front Desk, who went out of his way to make our stay pleasurable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods and it was always plentiful. The on site parking was a welcomed asset.

The hotel is in need of a modernization particularly with respect to computer/cellphone usb/usbc connectivity. We were told that the Hotel is due for a complete overhaul in October- a worthwhile effort.

The hotel has an underground car park with free charging for electric vehicules . The rooms are spacious but a little bit dated. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice but a little expensive even at the special rate of 20 euros. The treatments in the spa are fantastic ! Unfortunately there was work on the terrace bar and it was next to the pool. The pool was a bit chilly ! We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with complimentary glasses of champagne !

Be careful when paying . I was overcharged by 60 euros … quickly reimbursed when I returned to reception but not really given an apology at that point for the errors on the bill.

We could not fault the hotel, lovely staff. Good location. Swimming pool was great with a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.

Travelled as a party of 7. Staff from reception, restaurant/bar and house keeping were excellent. Would like to thank the team for making our trip. Biarritz itself and Bayonne are fantastic places to visit. The hotel is in a great position. Close to restaurants and bars. But not to close that you hear all the comings and goings. Get a sea view room, you won't be disappointed.

Large modern room. Ours was in back of the property and very quiet. The bathroom was large too with plenty of space to move around. The pool was heated and open late (!). Even on a chilly November night it was great to swim laps and get some exercise.

The room was very warm with sun shining on the windows. At night it was stuffy and the AC didn't seem to work. It just blew tepid air into the room. The single, heavy, wintertime blanket was way too hot. We had to ask for a sheet to go with it (no sheet provided...). You only needed a sheet at night. Parking was expensive at 20 euros per day, but given how bad parking in Biarritz can be on a nice weekend, we felt it was kind of worth it. Room service food was disappointing and expensive.
