Excellent ladies on reception - very helpful and welcoming. Despite advertising, there was no air con in the very warm room. We couldn't open the patio door, as the rain was torrential, so an uncomfortable sleep. Good breakfast & location was great.

Relaxing place to stay, and nice simple breakfast. Location is great, the small street has rows of cafes and shops right outside and just a few minutes walk from the main centre. Best of all the small beach is just a minute away to the other side. Lovely place.

Only one spare power outlet in the room?

It was wonderful! Room was about what you'd expect in terms of size but for facilities it was amazing. Had a fridge in the room and a balcony, location was perfect (right on the beach, near a bunch of shops and hotspots), and staff were lovely.

Great location at end of street near beach. Friendly staff and luggage area stored prior to check in and on last day Comfy bed and nice bed linen. Clean room with bottled water, kettle iron and hairdryer Partial sea view from balcony and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is really close to one of the beaches in Biarritz, in the heart of the city center. A lot of options for restaurants, bars and touristic places close by. The personnel was very nice: they took our keys so that we could go to the beach without worrying. They also allowed us to store the luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The breakfast is honestly quite overpriced. You can easily pay less and eat the same/or better for the same price. The walls are very thin, and it can get very noisy (children, people partying, doors...). The bathroom could use some deep cleaning, because there was a bit of mold, and a lot of stains in the walls. I was honestly expecting worse after reading some reviews from recent visits, but they could still improve it a bit. The beds are very small!!!!!!

Location was great, a couple of minutes walk from the sea front in the old port area of Biarritz. Very close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet (cannot say what street side rooms are like). The air conditioning was good (essential when it was so warm) and we generally had the window closed which contributed to the quietness of the room.

Why are beds so narrow in France? This was a general issue in other hotels as well - travelled with my sister and we had a twin room. Nearly fell out of bed a few times.

Perfact location! Everything in a walking distance, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are very kind and helpful!
