Loved the hotel it was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and stylish. I loved the outdoor pool and the spa. It was a really good location and close to lacanu-ocean. We were able to hire bikes from the hotel, which was great. We would stay here again.

The spa was used alot throughout the day for fitness classes, so there was not alot of opportunity to use the spa. The breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer, and the cost of breakfast wasn't very clear.

Lovely location between the seaside and the lake, set in pine trees with lots of trails. Big room and comfy bed. Very quiet.

Need to wear speedos in the pool - a French rule for all public pools so take note if you’re from England!

Good spa, indoor and outdoor pool, staff were lovely

The restaurant was closed on the evening I was there, and getting a taxi to the nearest place was not possible. The only food available was a cheese or charcuterie board. I ended up cycling down to the beach front.

Quiet setting within easy striking distance of town and beaches. Tennis and golf a walk away and great safe cycling from the hotel. Gym Pool and Spa v good.

Room overlooked the pool which was lovely, pool area was clean and pool was a nice temperature, stayed here at the end of a long road trip and it was a lovely rest.

The spa facilities were good and the staff helpful. It was the first time however that we had to pay for bath robes. I liked that there was a fridge in the room for our personal use.

There’s the possibility to make tea in the room but not coffee. Apparently it stains the carpet..

The hotel looks renovated, everything inside is new, clean and updated. The room had perfect temperature, lighting, comfortable bed, 2 complimentary water bottles - just lovely. I loved that they have a water fountain on the hallway, free of charge for all guests to refill their bottles with cold, fresh water. The spa is amazing - the jacuzzi, the hammam, the artic shower - top of the class!

I did not try the breakfast because I found it a bit expensive (local alternatives are much cheaper). Considering the price of the room, it should have actually been included.

We'd stayed here before and loved it, the staff were again excellent. Both reception and the man in the restaurant (who seemed to work in the evening & morning for breakfast) was very helpful and spoke in English for us. The rooms were fantastic, a nice cool 22c Air-Con centrally controlled but perfect when it was 36c outside. A nice coffee machine with pods, and bottled water in a mini fridge. Spa/Sauna/Ice room and pools all in good working order, and wasn't busy when we stayed in mid June. Always lots of parking. Big thanks to the man at the front desk (manager?) who I forgot his name, but upgraded us to a pool view room - I'm assuming because we'd stayed before, but also it wasn't busy that day.

Not a fault of the hotel, but a French law which meant men can't wear loose shorts in the pool/saunas, 'Speedos' only basically and this is only the 2nd hotel I've found which enforced it. Thankfully I knew about the law so packed such things knowing I'd not care who'd see me ;)

Nice room, unfortunately not the ability to adjust the room temperature.

Wifi was a bit messy, with a code per device.

Peaceful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. The spa was small but sufficient. Food was also fine. Very helpful staff.

The property was a bit out of the way.
