Exceptional attention to detail, little gestures that made the experience really enjoyable and allowed us to rest perfectly during a long and tiring journey. Individual approach to customers. The design could be described as outdated so not to everyone’s taste but it gives the place the whole charm. Spotlessly clean, smelled and felt good, cosy, comfortable. I wish there were more places like this.

The shower courtain could be made of another fabric, a water resistant one. But that’s really the only detail I could improve. Otherwise a rare experience of such a customer oriented service.

Lovely small hotel, great value for money. We asked for a room with a view and had a beautiful sight of the mountains. The room was small but comfortable, we were supplied with bottled water with a refill after we used one. The highlight was surely the breakfast which we ended up having every day with fresh baguettes and pastries and a variety of local jams and spreads.

- The heating didn't work well enough to heat up the room at the around 0 degrees outside. - Some of the value for money comes from being located in a small town, but getting dinner around the hotel became a bit complex (waking up from a nap around 7:30pm on a Monday we realized most places even at a reasonable driving distance either don't open on Mondays or close around 8-9pm so we pretty much had to skip dinner that day). So plan your meals accordingly.

The location is close to many interesting places (Eguisheim, Turckheim, vineyard road...). The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a free parking space. There is an elevator. There a fridge at the reception that allows storing food when needed. We've been offered water bottles in the room. The room smells nice. We got 2 pillows each in the room.

The bed is a little bit small and the pillows not enough thick but it's still okay for a couple of nights. The parking space has a very muddy part so be careful how you park. There is a minibar in the room but it doesn't seem to be working. The bathroom shower has a weak flow and the hot and cold water are controlled seperatly. All these are small details but overall nothing much to complain about.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very interesting. Overal fair price/quality. They also have a charger for electric cars in the back (so it's excellent if you go there with an electric car since you can charge it at night).

For this price, I think overall it's a good deal. Any extra improvements will come with a price increase, so I think they are very good as they are now.

The breakfast was delicious with local products, fresh breads, freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was small, but cozy and comfortable and very clean. lots of parking place at the property or around. good base to explore les Vosges.

everything was very good, nothing really to complain. we only missed a kettle in the room to have a goodnight tea, especially in winter. A bit of noise from cars passing on the main road, but not too much.

Breakfast was all provided by local producers and tasted amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and we were offered a garage to parked in at no extra charge.

Breakfast for everybody big and small, easy communication, very quiet room. Not so easy if you come with an elektriek car. I have a card to pay for my EV but there i cold not use it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Charming rooms, and decor. Garage parking for motorcycles. Area is beautiful for walks or touring.

Immaculately clean, run by fantastic helpful and friendly owners. Breakfast was great, and served promptly but not rushed, perfect for an early drive to the nearby ski slopes. Check in and check out were also efficient with no waiting around. A top hotel, we will be back.

The stay in the hotel was a pure pleasure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although outdated all the equipment was in very good shape and rooms super clean. Location of a hotel was also very good and it had all we needed, including bike garage and electric car charging station. The breakfast contained only the regional and natural products!

Wifi could have been just a little bit faster.
