The staff when I checked in were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very spacious which is rare in this price range. The balcony was a welcome addition too. Free onsite secure parking was also fantastic to have and can accommodate larger vehicles too which is always a consideration when I travel for business

The meals are all pre-prepared meals which is fine. However the portions are a little bit on the small side. That being said they were of very good quality.

Amazing hotel – a true gem! This is a 3-star hotel, yet it surpasses all 4-star hotels I've stayed at in Bordeaux. It offers spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds (with a firm mattress and excellent pillows), is located in a very quiet area, and provides free parking with EV charging access. The swimming pool is an added bonus!

There's nothing negative I can mention, as my stay was absolutely amazing. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to this region.

The hotel was really good,nice balcony area pool great . Staff really friendly and helpful. Microwave handy in the breakfast area used this when we bought a meal from the super market .Iron and ironing board available and they don’t just have 1.Breakfast good

1 thing only . The lovely room we had had 2 corner cupboards but only shelves in them no hangers and no hanging space. Ideally as we where attending a wedding and this being over a few days and nights hanging up our clothes would have been better, but would not put me off returning

We loved the location. Ideal for visiting Bordeaux but not too close. Very relaxed. Great spacious and simple rooms. Lovely public areas. Relaxed but attentive staff! Pool ideal for cooling off Superb breakfasts.

Initial impression is a bit off putting as it feels like your driving into a commercial area on approach. Some areas eg pool umbrellas need attention as they are inoperable. Otherwise great.

Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was very satisfactory.

The batteries in the remote control for the air conditioning needed replacing and some setting instructions should be included in the room. We returned back to the hotel late one evening and the gate was locked. We checked our key sleeve and did not have the code for the gate. We telephoned reception but got no answer. Fortunately our cab driver climbed over the wall and found someone to open the gate.

Hotel close to the motorway exit, easily accessible from the motorway. It has ample parking on the hotel premises, which provides convenience and security, which was important to us because we were traveling with a car full of luggage. The full breakfast, with assortments of cheeses, hams, yogurt, coffee and breads, among others. There is a water heater in the room, with chocolate, coffee or tea options.

Not much storage space, but it wasn't serious for a night.

A comfortable room with excellent facilities and a lovely outdoor pool. Lots of pleasant lounge areas and secure plentiful parking. Very pleasant welcome.

There was no restaurant and only a limited selection of snacks which you could prepare in a microwave. A perfect site for a proper restaurant which would have been most welcome. No restaurant close by.

This was a great find unfortunately we could only stay for one night. It really was excellent. We had a dog with us and she also was at home with plenty of places to walk her just outside the gates. The staff could not have been more helpful even to the point of making an appointment with a vet for our dog. First rate hotel.

Nothing to dislike

Nice hotel at a quiet location nearby Bordeaux. The room was spacious and clean and the airconditioning worked well. The car can be parked next to the hotel and there were charging stations. The swimming pool is a nice addition for relaxation. There are restaurants nearby, even at walking distance.

Hall and stairways were a little bit dusty. Breakfast was mediocre and when a product ran out it wasn't readded.

Good place to stay while driving across France. Nice with a pool to cool off in the summer. The gentleman working at the front desk in the afternoon and evening on the 29th of June was extremely friendly and helpful.
