The fresh orange juice in the morning was sooo nice! The rooms were clean, cleaning lady was very nice!
As we booked for 4 nights, the breakfast got a little boring, every morning same. The room was ok, but very small. The price, location, rooms - not in correlation. The toilet was bit stinky, everything could use a little renovation. I have been in many nicer ibis hotels. But for 3* it was ok i guess, just for sleeping everything was ok, only I hate the filming bedlines under the sheets, they made us sweating and we did sleep bad because of this. City centre is not so near as we expected, needed to take few stops to get there. No water in the room for drinking, but the tap water was ok. Toilet paper we had to buy ourselves.

Although the hotel is rated as three star, we were impressed with many things: 1. Extremely clean room, I noticed that they changed my wife's pillow case almost every day, since hair colour stained them. They also changed the bed linen after about 3 nights 2. Very helpful staff. Although not all spoke English, they still assisted us with any queries even when we wanted a printout of our edited airline tickets, they printed them before we even asked for them! 3. Good food. This includes breakfast since they even had Nespresso coffee available, fresh real orange juice, and fluffy, creamy scrambled eggs, apart from the bread, fruit and other pastries. We had dinner at the hotel in two occasions, and the food, including the desserts were great! 4. Free parking available. Initially, that was the principle reason for choosing this hotel over others. It was very convenient for us. 5. A good working air conditioning system in our room which worked throughout the night. It's amazing that many hotels we visited either had faulty A/Cs or the hotels switched off the system at some point during the night. 6. The bed was very comfortable. Both my wife and l managed to get some good night sleep. So we would like to congratulate the management and staff for the running of the hotel and recommend it to future travellers to Bordeaux 👏👏😊
On the first few days we hadn't a car, so we had to walk about 10 - 15 minutes to the nearest means of transport: the tram. Otherwise we cannot find any fault.

A simple but clean and tidy hotel, as well as a room with a bathroom. The staff tries to do their best to compensate for the shortcomings of a modest hotel. Parking is free and there are enough spaces. A great surprise is freshly squeezed orange juice during breakfast!
There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. The maids were knocking on the door while we were still packing to leave. Do they don't know who is leaving and by when? The towels were thin and visibly shabby. Unnecessary stairs that make it difficult to pass.

I was staying here on a journey from Germany to Portugal, and it was handily located close to the road that I was taking. The man behind reception was very friendly when I arrived and recommended me a takeaway (which I didn't use but it was nice to know what was good in the area). The room was clean and tidy, and pretty much what you'd expect.
If you were staying for a weekend or a holiday I would say the location isn't amazing, but it isn't terrible either. I believe there is a nearby tram station that gets you into the centre quickly but when I stayed it was raining heavily and it was Armistice Day so very little was open, and I didn't want to brave the rain to find somewhere that was.

This was a colourful Hotel with a lovely quirky decor of bright colour's the room doors were decorated with paintings of surfboards anskd there were colourful paintings of fish hung on the walls. Ourcroom was pleasant and clean with a comfy bed. All in all a good place for an overnight stay especially as the hotel has a restaurant with a set two or three course meal. Breakfast is also available but we did not have time to partake. There is also ample safe parking.
It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My soup for the evening meal needed to be a lot hotter, the main course was piping hot. The hotel needs better signage as it is difficult to find in the labyrinth of one way backstreets.

Hotel was clean. Parking was free, view (of bridge) was good, restaurant for breakfast had most things you would want (just no hot food) including fresh orange.
It’s a budget hotel so you don’t expect 5 stars but it is in an area that perhaps you don’t want to experience especially with children if you intend to do any walking towards the centre and if you have the room window open it is a extremely noisy from the road

Hotel was great. Early check in at 12, and check out at 12 was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked really well. Location was easily accessible to bus and trams. the train station was about 18mins from hotel. You could also walk to the train station, it was about 15-20min walk. Breakfast was included in our room price. Breakfast was basic, it was from 7-10, but on our last morning we were down around 9.20 and were told they weren’t replenishing the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing.
Breakfast finishing early/ not replenishing the food.

The staff here are superb! Friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. I particularly want to make a special mention for Anne at reception and Delphine in the restaurant, both of whom would go out of their way to help you out, amongst other restaurant staff who worked tirelessly and efficiently. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast has good choice and quality, loved the 'boil your own eggs' station. Dinner was nice from a small menu covering most tastes. They have.a.decent wine menu and beer on draft. Just had a very pleasant stay here and relatively commutable into the city via bus or tram which are circa 10/15 min walk away.
Situated just outside the city in a part of town undergoing a lot of construction so there is currently no access to walk by the river as it is blocked off by concrete blocks. So not really worth venturing out on foot here. Best to walk to the tram and get yourself into town.

The room was clean, and it has a good shower. Was upgraded to premium room but still just above average
Breakfast was diabolical, and there should be an option to opt out for a cheaper rate. Kettle could have done with a proper clean out. The little coffee jar is not hygienic. You don't know what's been put in it! Pillows on bed a bit of an odd shape and not comfortable.

The room and bathroom were neat. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was enough parking space.
It would've been nice to have a fridge. It's quite far from the city centre, but still doable by foot. There is a street near the hotel that you'll have to pass when walking towards the centre and it's quite sketchy like others mentioned before in the reviews. Luckily the sun was out till late, but we didn't feel safe to pass that street in the dark.. They are developing the area with a lot of new buildings and i think this situation will disappear in the future.
