Nice, modern hotel in a very safe area.The hotel is 3-5 minutes walking from tram stop, which runs very frequently and takes you to old town in ten minutes.Not to mention that the train station is just one tram stop away, which is very convenient if you want to make day trips. The rooms rather small but still have all one can need.Modern bathrooms,nice duvets, a place to hang clothes.Breakfast is simple and fulfilling.Eggs, cheese, bacon, bread, yogurt, croissant, butter,jam, etc.The reception works 24/7 and the staff is polite and helpful.Actually I would return.

Very friendly staff - we found BEATRIZ enormously helpful, informative about the city and its transport, and very interested in us as visitors. She made us feel very welcome and this made a big difference to our stay. We promised her we would book here again on our next visit!

It would have been very nice to have a cafe that was open in the evening for coffee and light snacks. Visitors like to relax in such surroundings at the end of a day's business. Also, in our double room there was only one small chair. A second would have been welcome.

The room was modernly furnished and was on the 7th floor. It was spacious enough for a single person. The main view outside faces the Bordeaux Saint Jean train station and is not so attractive, but you can walk to the station building in less than five minutes.

The blackout curtain worked reasonably well. I covered the TV's standby light. Perhaps not everyone likes the functional style. Opposite the breakfast room was a settlement of homeless people's tents under a car bridge. At this early hour, the residents were hardly active.

Exactly what I was looking for -- clean, simple, convenient to the train station, breakfast buffet offered. Good value. (And there were surprisingly decent restaurants right near the train station). Staff very friendly. We didn't have energy to explore the city, but it is right next to a tram stop so one could.

Surroundings lacked charm, but that's not what we were there for.

Spacious room, good breakfast, everything very clean, parking very close,. Bus stop just a few steps from the hotel, but the centre is close, so we mostly walked.

Not much to add. Maybe just info for those who prefer to be in a hotel in a strict centre- this hotel is in the middle of new business/residential area, not for some nightlife lovers ;)

Far away from the city center. You have to take a long walk or public transportation. We have parked in the hotel parking (200m away from Hotel) and during the night two people tray to break-in in our car, luckily the alarm triggers and they run away

The staff was great, and it felt really secure as they locked the main doors after a certain hour. It is convenient if your travels involve the train station for sure. I wouldn't stay here to sightsee.

Free breakfast would have been a nice perk, but it certainly isn't a dealbreaker. I found the air conditioning system a bit confusing to use as well.

Very close to the tram. We easily arrived to the hotel even though our flight was in the late evening. Reception staff was very warm and helpful when we needed extra towels and when we asked for a taxi reservation for our return trip.

Although it’s easy to get extra towels, putting a few more in rooms (especially to double rooms) would be a quick win to enhance customer experience.

very clean. very nice staff and easy check in. nice lobby, good breakfast.

rooms are small and beds are European size twins; narrower than US twin. Window opened onto some kind of park with noisy people, but this is not the fault of the hotel. AC was a bit tepid, but not needed if windows were kept open.

The staff was incredibly amicable and kind.

I appreciate it’s a budget friendly hotel and in our case, it was the perfect solution for a 1 night stay during our 21h drive back to the Uk, however, similarly to a food vending machine, they could have an amenities vending machine(dental kits, etc)
