Nice, modern hotel in a very safe area.The hotel is 3-5 minutes walking from tram stop, which runs very frequently and takes you to old town in ten minutes.Not to mention that the train station is just one tram stop away, which is very convenient if you want to make day trips. The rooms rather small but still have all one can need.Modern bathrooms,nice duvets, a place to hang clothes.Breakfast is simple and fulfilling.Eggs, cheese, bacon, bread, yogurt, croissant, butter,jam, etc.The reception works 24/7 and the staff is polite and helpful.Actually I would return.

The room was modernly furnished and was on the 7th floor. It was spacious enough for a single person. The main view outside faces the Bordeaux Saint Jean train station and is not so attractive, but you can walk to the station building in less than five minutes.

The blackout curtain worked reasonably well. I covered the TV's standby light. Perhaps not everyone likes the functional style. Opposite the breakfast room was a settlement of homeless people's tents under a car bridge. At this early hour, the residents were hardly active.

Nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the style line of all others B&B. Confy room and beds.

Far away from the city center. You have to take a long walk or public transportation. We have parked in the hotel parking (200m away from Hotel) and during the night two people tray to break-in in our car, luckily the alarm triggers and they run away

Very close to the tram. We easily arrived to the hotel even though our flight was in the late evening. Reception staff was very warm and helpful when we needed extra towels and when we asked for a taxi reservation for our return trip.

Although it’s easy to get extra towels, putting a few more in rooms (especially to double rooms) would be a quick win to enhance customer experience.

Close to the station, easy to navigate the city on foot, although public transport is available. New and clean, very friendly staff, good sized room and very comfortable overall for a longer stay

Could do with some extra room amenities (kettle etc), and it's near a busy road so not totally silent, although it wasn't an issue so otherwise great and will stay again for sure

Very clean and modern; comfortable bed; air conditioning was great because it was very hot when visited. The location is 20-30 min walk from Bordeux but it's well connected with the tram and train station nearby. Good value for money. They also accommodated our dog for a small fee (€4). Breakfast was good too

The only thing I can say is that we got one pillow each ha! Two would have been nice.. but a very minor thing indeed..

Clean and waking distance to station and tram line. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The young gentlemen in reception was very helpful. Staff were also very accommodating by providing hot water for our baby’s bottle (no kettle in room).

Location around hotel is a bit rough.

Very friendly English speaking staff, very clean room and bathroom, convenient location next to the train station (5 minutes walk). Easy to get tram or bus into city center (e.g. Place de la Bourse) which is few stops away and trip takes 10-12 min.

Rooms and bathroom are quite small (designed for short stay)

There is no provision to store clothes and no kettle to heat up water, and no coffee provided.

There is no shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere, making the bathroom wet. Additionally, there is no power point in the bathroom, likely due to the water splashing while showering. Lastly, there is no plastic bag in the bin.
