What a fabulous place to stay! We had no idea what to expect on our first visit to France but Best Western Hotel de Paris exceeded our expectations. We had a corner room which had a lovely view of the street, together with shutters which blocked out not only noise but room was lovely and dark to sleep well. Bed was quite good. Our French was limited but staff were excellent in communication. Breakfast was lovely and staff made eggs to order which were delicious. Buffet had beautiful cheeses and coffee, juices and pastries etc. I needed an iron for some clothes and reception provided not only the iron but an ironing board. House keeping were very good too. We loved this accommodation and highly recommend anyone staying in Laval book this hotel.

Great location in Laval. Beautiful corner room with shutters on windows - made such a difference when sleeping. Bathroom nicely renovated and overall the room was very clean. Bed was quite good. House keeping were great. Lovely buffet breakfast also.

the reception staff were incredibly helpful and patient. the room was a large size and clean and comfortable

the facilities are very basic - for example no robes, no coffee machine in room only kettle-little things like that. Breakfast is limited and if you’re able to wait a bit, not worth the price for a couple of croissants and a coffee. the lift is very small can’t fit a large suitcase in with a person aswell so you will have to use the stairs and send your stuff up. there were many flies in our room and we are not sure how they got in as we didn’t have the window open. the main doors closed on Sunday and you need to use a code to get in- this did not work through for my partner and we had to rearrange plans so he could get back in-just a small inconvenience.

The hotel is well located, with a very good restaurant next door and the train station is just ten minutes walk away. The staff were all friendly and attentive. It was good that the hotel has its own parking area.

The breakfast was a satisfactory, but there was no cooked breakfast option.

Excellent welcome and great staff. Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Very good and fresh breakfast including fresh scrambled eggs made to order.

Not easy to park just outside to drop off luggages but plenty of parking spaces in surrounding area.

It was very comfortable and very cute and had a great location. The restaurant below was amazing.

The elevator is so small and it was very hard to communicate with the staff, as we did not know any French and they didn’t know any English. But we did manage to communicate via a translator app.

Was in the town and close to the restaurants which you require as there is no restaurant at the hotel. Staff were very helpful

Limited parking space and need to book in advance.

Great central location in Laval.. ideal for spending a few days car free. Room was large and bed was comfortable.. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Would of preferred a smart TV in the room.. don't really watch a lot of terrestrial TV anymore!

We enjoyed the warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, the room was very spacious and well equipped and with very comfortable beds. The hotel is very close to shops, and there is an excellent restaurant next door.
