The staff were great - very welcoming on arrival and happy to provide information and enquire about our dog being allowed in an external restaurant. We were late for breakfast but the staff were very kind to still give us some croissants to take and my daughter some pancakes with honey - they made nothing of doing it so we felt very taken care of. The place was clean and convenient.

The downstairs sell pizza some nights but now when we were there (on a Monday night)... the recommended restaurant did not open until 2 hours later (we found deliveroo worked well for us in this case!). One of the beds had a sunken mattress (the other was fine) and the sofa bed was quite squeaky. Stains on the carpet at the entry point to the room.

Very spacious and comfortable room, excellent and spacious shower room. Good choice of snacks (quiche, salad, pizzas etc) served from the bar in the evening. Superb breakfast with cooked options, served in a bright, fresh area near reception, plus some outside seating for an evening drink in the sunshine. Staff were brilliant - very welcoming, helpful and professional.

Just a small point - one side of the bed didn't have a shelf or bedside table. It looked like there would be space for one as it was a huge room.

This hotel is a real gem and a godsend for travelers. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable extra-long beds. We had a delicious dinner at the bar - very tasty fresh pizzas, local meat delicacies and cheese, excellent wine. The continental breakfast is delicious and varied. I liked the design of the counter where the breakfast food was located: along with plates, mugs, saucepans, etc. it looked like a designer art object.

The website promises tea facilities in the room. And there were none.

Clean quiet and good location

When asked for more coffee, the receptionist said we already had been given our allocation (which was 1 teabag and 2 packets of coffee) when my wife said we only had 1 teabag, we was offered an extra teabag. Also there was no milk. Seemed strange when you offer a kettle and 2 mugs. Disappointed no restaurant on site

The hotel was clean and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Aircon good. Family room was large, showers toilets etc were clean. Laval was a nice town to look around for a few hours, gallery in the castle worth visiting.

There is no option to buy any food in the evening. The hotel does at it says and is outside of town so nothing locally. you will need a car. An odd noise every so often from the ac unit just needs a little maintenance.

Big room and clean. Free cot for our baby. Breakfast was good enough and varied. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Free parking just outside the hotel.

The location isn’t the best to visit Laval but you’re a very short drive from the city centre.

Comfortable,spacious, good bathroom, location was convenient.

Tea / coffee facilities were limited. We asked the reception for extra tea bags (we only had one in the room) and the receptionist gave us one extra “very reluctantly” also she would not give us any milk.

Modern, clean, convenient location

Price was quite high for 4 people when breakfast had to be paid on top. Breakfast was very busy and some parents didn’t take care of how their small children were not acting hygienically at the breakfast buffet. This was a shame as the staff were doing their best to keep everything well stocked and clean. The breakfast offering itself was very good, and the staff great.

Pleasant and modern hotel, good bed, fair price. Close to highway.

Price requested at rcheckout was different than the price in the Booking.com confirmation. Initially it was 10% higher. After discussion they still made me pay 1 EUR additional local tourist tax even though the Booking.com confirmation mentioned that all taxes and fees are included. Did not want to discuss for 1 EUR but it does not seem right.

The welcome and ease of arrival. Stayed only one night on a very hot day. Bliss to have air conditioning, and helped to get a great nights sleep. Also had a 'welcome' drink.

Nothing. It catered for our needs.
