Friendly staff, great ambiance, lovely food, peaceful garden, secure parking.

For the price paid I’d like the leisure and spa facilities to be free for guests.

The gardens were beautiful, and also peaceful to sit in. We were lucky the weather became sunny and we could sit out on a couple of occasions. We were just in Laval for a couple of nights and didn’t go to the Spa, but loved the location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room felt spacious, the shower area was fantastic- easy to use shower head, hot water and spacious new shower area. Separate loo.

A beautiful old building, nicely restored and decorated. A great room with views over the garden. Parking on site. Outdoor heated pool. Delightful and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Two restaurants, but beware, as both are closed on Sunday evenings! However, staff recommended La Palatium brasserie, just a short walk away, located in the historic Place de la Trémoille. Excellent food and great servuce

Were not advised in advance that gastronomic restaurant was not open at all. Not advised during stay of short opening hours of terrace restaurant at lunchtime. Very limited options of wine by the glass in restaurant. We were advised a greater choice was available if gastonomic restaurant had been open.

Beautiful old building, nicely restored and decorated. Our room was large with modern en-suite. The staff were very helpful and there was parking in the front courtyard.

The room could have benefitted from more/ brighter lighting as it was a bit dim, and it was a shame that the restaurant closed on Sunday evenings as the menu looked very interesting.

The room is very spacious. Private parking is also very convenient, the hotel restaurant is very good, a manageable walking distance to the city center

No Elevators in the hotel, and its noçt exactly in the city center

The breakfast was good. The room was large. The bed comfortable. The shower excellent.

There was no light weight blanket in the room ,only a heavy comforter on the bed.

Beautiful hotel inside & out. Lovely room at the back overlooking the pool. Dinner was served on the terrace of the garden which had a little fountain. Loved the scent of the shower gel. The staff were friendly and professional.

The dinner was not a fixed price as expected although it was very good. We accepted the offer of a glass of champagne before we received the price-list stating it was €18 a glass - it was very decent though.

A beautiful building, comfortable bedroom and attentive staff. Laval is very pretty and the old town is on the doorstep of the hotel.

A wonderful experience staying in this hotel. we had booked a suite with huge French windows and a balcony overlooking the garden. it was exceptional.
