The Chateau is beautiful. The park surrounding the property is great and so inviting. It is a pleasure to walk around and discover the many chambers well decorated within the castle. It is really a lovely place.

We didn't like the restaurant. We picked the bistrot option as we were interested to follow the Roland Garros finale... and we were disappointed. The restaurant is extremely casual and staff, I believe not at all trained for such a high price setting. The service was rather messy... definitely not professional.

The property was absolutely incredible and immaculately kept, and the design and decor of the lobby, rooms, etc felt like something out of a movie. The breakfast was delicious and so relaxing out on the concourse, the nature trail and adjacent vineyard were majestic, and the pool and grounds gardens were perfectly maintained. We had such a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and isolated getaway!

While privacy and seclusion made it very special, it was a bit remote from offsite activities, including restaurants for dinner. We did not have a car and tried to rely on Ubers and taxis, which was a bit challenging. Would recommend planning for a rental car to alleviate this issue; otherwise, everything was amazing.

Simply exquisite. Our entire stay was marked by the kindest, most attentive staff who made us feel so special and taken care of while celebrating our one year wedding anniversary. The hotel, rooms, dining, pool and grounds are all so beautiful and well-kept. Fantastic restaurant and food. Sleep was incredibly comfortable and peaceful too!

Only complaint is that there was no overhead shower head in our room. This is because of the effort (and possibly requirement) to preserve the lovely original build and heritage of the property, which we so appreciate, but it did make for some awkward showers :)

The Chateau is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and driving distance to lots of medieval cities and wineries. It has its own winery and the wine is top class. The staff is extremely polite and accomodating. It was an unforgetable experience. We also had a provencal pic nic by the pool, a MUST!!!

The staff that were there were doing their best, and we’re grateful to them, but my feeling is they need more staff. 1 person working the reception cannot support the check-ins, check-outs and tours of the property, especially during the busy Easter weekend.

Beautiful and magical hotel, very kind and friendly staff, unique cuisine and a perfect dinner experience, comfortable beds, comfortable room, nothing to complain about.

It was a bit strange and a surprise to us that the hotel has an above-ground pool. But it's just a matter of taste and the pool will serve its purpose.

Staff were lovely, felt relaxed as soon as we arrived! Location was amazing. Reception team helped organise so much for us and we were able to stay way past our check out which was great. Sommelier was lovely and knowledgable!

WiFi was poor

It’s a beautiful castle, refurbished with taste, that kept its charm and authenticity, offering a very peaceful and quiet experience. Very good staff, restaurants, pool. We really enjoyed it.

The parking isn’t covered and with the Sun, the cars were getting extremely hot and even melted. Although it’s a classified property, I think they should find a solution to cover up with some nice structures.

Super relaxed and quiet hotel with lovely personalised service. Large grounds to explore. Close to Chateau La Coste.

Rooms are a bit on the small size for the price point - with the bed being to only place to chill in the room. A bit remote from any other facilities.

The vibe, calmness, yoga lesson, dinner was amazing, massage was great.

A little bit understaffed - but the ones who were available made our stay great - they try hard to make us comfortable
